We had a problem with an existing garage door that Precision installed for the prior owner of our condo unit. The appointment was set up for same day service and the technician who arrived at our home, Chris, did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - it is rare to find a well managed, customer focused company like Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

John Tsanggarinos is one terrific tech and knew exactly what to do to fix both of my doors to like new condition. This was not an easy fix. A lot of effort and skill went into this repair. Chris Pinnegar is knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He showed me what the issue was with my garage door which was buzzing only and not opening or closing the garage door. When he completed the repairs, the garage door not only works but it is a lot more quieter than it used to be. We’ve had the springs and the electric eye sensor replaced by Precision before, so we know how their workmanship is, which is excellent and I would always recommend Precision and Chris Pinnegar and his associates to replace or repair any garage door. Price was affordable too!
