Based on prior outstanding experience, calling Precision was a no brainer. Our tech showed up early (after receiving a confirmation e-mail and phone call) and promptly attended to the repair. He gave us 3 options to include prices and warranties with each, and after choosing, our tech immediately fixed repaired the issue. Great job, great service, fair pricing. Thanks!

Wesley Allen was my service technician. I was highly impressed with him from my first phone call. I was a little late getting home from the doctor. When I told him that, he asked if I was okay. He arrived exactly when he said he would, did an excellent job of informing me what he found, gave me three options to do today, and showed me some issues I need to address in the future but were okay for now. I think he is an excellent representative of your business.

5 Star is my rating because Michael Graves did an Outstanding job analyzing my existing failed opener, gave me options and pricing for replacing my unit, and performed an excellent install....all in the same day. He explained all the elements and how-to's of my new Linear system. It is super quiet and very efficient. Michael is a very friendly and personable technician as well as a knowledgeable tech who I would highly recommend...as well as Precision.

I have used you before when a spring broke. Chris was on time and was very professional My garage door is very heavy. It is a Miami hurricane door. It 18 feet wide instead of 16 Ft. It was very heavy so we decided to put double springs on it to help lift the door. Chris was great and explained things as he did them. He cleaned up as he worked. I highly recommend Precision Garage door.

Jim, Not sure if you received my comments Saturday. I am a senior account manager for the largest commercial flooring contractor in the Tampa Bay area. (Spectra) I deal with end users, general contractors and my own labor force on a daily basis. What a positive experience my wife and I had dealing with your company. Carlos was both professional, knowledgeable and gave us a comfort level that we had selected the right company into our home. Thank you. Sincerely, Nancy & Joe Bazer
