Our technician came out on a Sunday, assessed our two garage doors, and recommended new springs, and rollers. one opener was good, and we replaced the other opener. He replaced worn parts and installed a new opener on one door. They have never run so good, and are quieter than when new! This is one area of our home that we have overlooked for upkeep and maintenance. We neglected to realize how often we use this mechanical part of our home and the importance of much needed "tlc".

Kevin Cutolo was the representative and he did an excellent job of repairing the door. He was very knowledgeable and polite listed all the cost associated with the door. The cost I do believe was rather high at $ 880.00 for springs bearings and rollers

Joe did great job in troubleshooting the problem. He did a better job performing the repair. He knew what he was doing and completed the job very fast. He would have been on his way but I ask him how did the repair fix the problem? He took the time to explain. I watch Joe the whole time he was here and I thought the repair cost was a bit high for the time spent. I change my mind after his explanation and thought the cost was very fair. Great troubleshooting and a fast repair is worth the price.

He was very clear on what the options were, gave us some topics on how to maintain the garage door, provided additional service without being pushy, and did a great job. He helped to get the garage door opener synched up with my car remote control. Jose was very professional, friendly and helpful. Our first experience with Prestige was in October 2015 when our garage door opener failed to work.not knowing who to call we saw the TV add and we called. From the initial call which was handled by a professional office staff member to the gentlemen who were dispatched to our home they arrived on time and took care of the issues. Now today we called with an issue and again everything went smoothly and Hunter appeared on time took care of the issue. He was totally professional sized up the issue and took care of it. Installation was prompt an efficient, happy with the door, unfortunately the operator short circuited the first time we tried to close the door.
