The technician Keith Allen came out to my house today programmed my remote and programmed my car to the garage door to open and close the garage door. He also replaced the springs on the garage door. I will use precision door again and would recommend precision doors to anyone.

I called this morning (3/19) in a panic. My garage door wouldn’t open on its own. I called Precision and greeted by Danielle! Very helpful. They sent out Tech Keith! Excellent, knowledgeable, discussed my options and I approved the seervice. It was completed in an hour. My garage door openers started working up (they are very old) and had Precision come out to give me a quotation on putting new ones in. My old ones came with the house and where installed in 1998. Service tech was very professional and provided a quotation and recommended some additional items (cable and rollers for the big door). Agreed to the items and he finished everything. My garage door has never been as quite and now it works with our cars as well. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend.

Our technician came out on a Sunday, assessed our two garage doors, and recommended new springs, and rollers. one opener was good, and we replaced the other opener. He replaced worn parts and installed a new opener on one door. They have never run so good, and are quieter than when new! This is one area of our home that we have overlooked for upkeep and maintenance. We neglected to realize how often we use this mechanical part of our home and the importance of much needed "tlc".

Joe did great job in troubleshooting the problem. He did a better job performing the repair. He knew what he was doing and completed the job very fast. He would have been on his way but I ask him how did the repair fix the problem? He took the time to explain. I watch Joe the whole time he was here and I thought the repair cost was a bit high for the time spent. I change my mind after his explanation and thought the cost was very fair. Great troubleshooting and a fast repair is worth the price.
