Keith A. came out to check on my garage door opener because (to me) it was making a very loud noise when operating. After a thorough inspection he said the unit was running good and it was rattling because well, it's over 13 years old and things start to go bad over time. He was very nice, professional, and helpful in explaining my options (in writing) for a future door opener and the differences in pricing. This is the type of business I would like to do business with in the future. Thanks for a good first experience.

Doug Naporano was my service technician. He arrived at my home 15 minutes early and diagnosed the issue in minutes. He was friendly and very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He made the necessary repairs in about 20 minutes. Precision installed my new garage doors a few months ago and this service call was for a noise that the main door was making. Before he left , he asked me no less than 3 times if I had any questions at all. I'm in the service business myself, and Doug made me a satisfied customer. LLoyd Tanner has also serviced my doors and he was also a great technician. Mr Rapp, you should take pleasure in knowing that your employees really do care about your customers. After having a recent visit by the company they were very concerned with previous issues I had. The company did correct things and reassured me that they will do whatever it takes to ensure I had a better experience. My garage door was fixed as promised and the company did want to refund my previous payment (I refused to take the reimbursement and the check has been mailed back to the company). I just wanted my garage door fixed not a way out of paying for services. I appreciate the offer from the company and respect them taking issues with clients so serious. Thank you again to Eric and the guys who have come to my house to fix the garage.
