I was originally booked for 4-8 at about 2 pm and within 30 minutes the came. took him less then 5 min diagnose the problem and less than that to fix it. for that reason I will call them whenever I have a problem with my garage door. the tech was very professional. Michael Wallace provided me with my requested courtesy call and was very prompt with his arrival time. He was very professional and explained everything he saw to me during his inspection of my garage door. He provided me with information I did not know about my garage door/system as well as quotes for several options to repair the door. While I passed for now on fixing the issues I have, I was very pleased with the service provided between Michael Wallace and when I called to make an appointment. It is very convenient that Precision has hours after 5 pm.
