my neighbor referred me to your company. It was the online VIDEO that sold me. Then my service agent arrived and I was so pleased with his friendliness, gift of communication and sense of humor! He never once tried to 'hard sell' me on anything. Instead, head drew out 4 options with all price points. I decided to buy a new Opening AND have him repair my 20 year old door. I have seen your vehicles in my development. A couple of weeks ago my garage door wouldn't open so I called your company. Our technician Ben Elliot showed up promptly during the rainstorm, he figured out what was wrong , and before you knew it we have two new "super quiet" belt driven garage door openers, a new spring, and a key pad. Ben had everything he needed right on his truck, he was friendly and professional. We will be sure to recommend your company and Ben to every one we know, thank you again for such great service.

John Tsangarinos showed up promptly, examined the garage door assembly, explained the problem in layman's terms, outlined the options and costs and completed the repairs along with a more powerful garage door opener to replace our older, less efficient defective opener. The repair was done on site for an acceptable cost and we were extremely satisfied with the result.

My garage door was showing signs of getting ready to malfunction. I called Precision and they were at my home within 3 hours. I said I could not afford a tremendous amount of repair. The technician came up with 3 levels of plans to address my garage door's needs. I chose the one I could afford right now and I'm confident my garage door is much more stable and will function well until we can afford a whole new door.

Tech Michael Boyle arrived at our house on Saturday night at 9:10 pm. He did a wonderful job and the overhead door has never worked better. He went the extra mile, took his time and explained everything one needs to know. He is the reflection of a well run company. Precision was not recommended to me. I took a chance and am glad I did. I will certainly call them again if need be.

I had a garage door spring break, and before that my garage door was so loud that I did not want to be in the garage when it was opening or closing. When Frank came to my house to replace the spring, he did a total inspection of my door and opener. He showed me rollers that were completely frozen and other parts that were failing. He had all parts on hand to fix everything. Frank was very professional and polite. When he was finished, he showed everything that I need to do as far as maintenance to keep my garage door functioning and quiet. I would definitely recommend them.

I am glad to give this service a 5-star rating. I love the repaired door. I didn't know how bad it was until the technician repaired the broken parts. He did not try to oversell parts or service, but did an amazing job on the repair. He suggested things to do on a preventative measure and things that needed to be done to get the door working again. He was very accommodating and professional.

Keith Allen and Jeremy just finished the repair to our garage door opener. We are so very impressed with them and with Precision. Courtesy, consideration, and service completion in a timely manner were superb. They called before arrival in the window of time scheduled. We do know that there are costs to have uniforms, trucks, and staff to attend to customer satisfaction, but goodness, what an impression you make!
