When I contacted Precision Door the lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. When Jimmy came out he was honest and straight to the point and did not beat around the bush. I told him what I could afford and he worked very well with it. I have a lot going on in my life right now and didn’t know how I was going to afford this. It was nice to see there are still some honest people in this world and I will defiantly call them back when I have problems again. Also to Jimmy's boss you should give the man a raise. I called precision because I have seen your ads but was also referred by neighbors at sunset Grove condominiums.John came to service the door and explained very quickly that it could not be repaired and that I needed a new opener and put the new opener in very quickly and efficiently and I am very very pleased

Jimmy Johnson deserves a five star rating. He was prompt as well as early, was knowledgeable and gave a clear explanation of our options to resolve our problem. His truck was fully equipped to complete an efficient and satisfactory end to the burned out door opener as well as repair the rollers on the garage door which could have caused the overload. Before leaving, he also reprogramed the opener responder in out car. We have had a good experience with Precision Garage Doors thanks to Jimmy Johnson. Please give him a big raise!
