Also, placed a follow-up call to Jim Rapp's number regarding the warranty I selected 3 years ago; 7 year parts/labor and 10 year motor/belt. Called to have service done on our single car garage door as it was just sounding "tired" and in need of some TLC. The tech walked me through the issues he found and what it was going to take to repair the worn our parts, as well as walking me through the prices for everything. He was very thorough with what needed to be done and made it very easy for me to understand why certain parts needed to be replace. Doug did a GREAT job and was in, and out, in less than one hour. Garage door opens like it's new all over again. Thanks Precision Garage Door. You guys will 100% always be my company for garage doors!!!

Keith did an outstanding job fixing my garage door opener. Using the yellow pages , I found Precision"s ad and called them. Within an hour , Keith was knocking on my door. He gave me an estimate, fixed the opener, and was gone in an hour. Even though he was working in a very hot garage,Keith was very pleasant and efficient. Awesome job!

He was on time despite torrential rain and flooded streets; provided a very thorough assessment of my faulty door opener; courteous in all aspects of his presentation and demeanor; very organized and efficient in the instillation process; and allowed a military discount. Repairs were a follow-up to system installed in March 2015. James did an excellent job determining the cause and correcting the problem. (The door would not close fully all the time). James was courteous, professional, and completed the job quickly. He lubed the door and performed other adjustments to ensure the door operation was smooth. I couldn't ask for a better technician. The office kept me advised that James was arriving early; much appreciated. Well organized business!

I experienced a sincere, honest, secure, open service person, who explained my options for either looking for a quote at last resort for their team for new double wide garage door with them or fixing the one I had. We decided to repair the 20 yr. old one I had been using as it was electrically intact. Also, I just retired and my wife was pushed out of here job at a hospital. My garage door door was self destructing due to age and another companies poor job-(what they did to the components, and its quick deteriation, and present condition was evidence). Immediate fix right then, took a while, with continued and great efforts in exhausting heat and humidity. Great worker and expert on these products. Super professional, ethical, sincere, and responsible man. I would use this company and that gentleman any day on any day for any work to do on my doors or property! Prompt!!! Went to their Web Wednesday evening, phone call by 10am Thursday. Technician out by 11:30am Thursday. gave me 2 choices to repair door and replace opener or replace door and replace opener. Repaired the door and replaced opener done by 2pm Thursday. Great service..
