He was patient, nice, professional and did a great job. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and that everything was in working order before he left. When I contacted Precision Door the lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. When Jimmy came out he was honest and straight to the point and did not beat around the bush. I told him what I could afford and he worked very well with it. I have a lot going on in my life right now and didn’t know how I was going to afford this. It was nice to see there are still some honest people in this world and I will defiantly call them back when I have problems again. Also to Jimmy's boss you should give the man a raise. I called precision because I have seen your ads but was also referred by neighbors at sunset Grove condominiums.John came to service the door and explained very quickly that it could not be repaired and that I needed a new opener and put the new opener in very quickly and efficiently and I am very very pleased
