I couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Jeremy. He called 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way, as I was told he would. I have had way too many contractors and repairmen come to my house without being able to achieve this simple first step, so it's nothing that I take for granted. It really thrills me when they don't even call, and then show up three hours later than scheduled like the roofer I had out here last week. Jeremy was very pleasant and professional to talk with from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. He looked the job over and gave me a thorough, complete description of the parts repair options and his recommendations. Each of three options were appropriately priced and involved no sticker shock. He explained the advantages of each option and didn't pressure me in any way. I made the choice and he said it would take him about an hour. I had several questions that came to me during the course of his work, and he was happy to answer them all very much to my satisfaction. He was finished in about an hour just like he said, and did every step of the work in proper fashion--no shoddy, half-baked looking stuff. Credit card payment was processed crisply with a genuine tablet based credit card terminal, not one of those finicky "square" devices that plugs into a cell phone. Jeremy was an excellent representative for your company and I will call Precision again for any future garage door needs. I will recommend them to my friends as well. I should also mention that the woman that I spoke with on the phone when making the service request, was also very professional and friendly to deal with. All in all, a job very well done, for a very reasonable price.

Great service. I called another co. Several years ago when the spring broke on the lift. Not only was I overcharged, but the spring repair was too small for the garage door which caused the automatic door lift to overwork and wear out. When I called precision on Christmas Eve I was amazed, Jeremy was here promptly and no extra charge for the holiday and weekend service. I will never call another co. Again. Jeremy(precision garage door) you are the BEST.

This is the first time using precision to fix my garage door. From the call to schedule an appointment to the work that was done, all went smoothly. They got a technician out the same day and within a few hours. My garage door got damaged pretty bad and I thought I was going to have to replace the whole door or that they would try and sell me on buying one, but Jimmy the technician, which by the way a very personable and knowledgeable guy, took the time to explain and show me what needed to be replaced (drums, cables and springs) and why without trying to sell me on anything I didn't need. He also took the time to show me how to do proper maintenance on the door so that it last longer. Once he finished he noticed that the belt on my garage door opener was about to break and pointed it out to me, which I'm happy he did. That could have been a costly expense if not caught early. I like that he didn't mind me watching and asking questions the whole time he was here or tried to sell me on anything I didn't need. He took his time and made sure the door was working properly, which my husband and I feel it works better now then it ever had before. It opens and closes more smoothly and quietly. Jimmy also left everything clean and finished in a timely matter. I highly recommend this company and Jimmy!

Very prompt courteous service. I was not familiar with the brand of opener that was installed (Linear) but was assured by the installer that it was a top quality unit. Two small problems I've noticed...very short range using my car remote (my old Liftmaster had a range of over a block). This one is slow even from my driveway. The other small problem was that the installer left screws and bolts all over the garage floor from where he removed the old unit.

Our spring broke on Saturday and they had a tech out within an hour. Ed, our tech, was very nice and had everything fixed in less than an hour. We expected extra charges since it was a Saturday....there was not an extra fee! Thanks!

On Saturday my garage door would not open at all. Both my cars were in there and we could not get out. This company sent someone the same day whom was very nice and professional. He did the work quick and the price was not outrageous due to it being the weekend. I would call them again if needed. I also got a 7 year warranty on the parts and labor, very nice!

Service was amazing, the tech (Tim Vaughn) came out and walked through the inspection of the door and told me what needed to be replaced and what to continue to look for in the future. After the inspection he wrote down all the parts need and different pricing options before doing anything else. He did the job in about an hour and then showed me everything he did along with showing me all the defects with the parts he replaced. He made me feel comfortable with my choice for picking Precision and I will definetly recommend them to my friends and family. Great Job!!!!!
