They were able to come out to our home within an hour of our service call. The tech was able to fix everything that was wrong, had all the parts he needed with him and was done with the repair in an hour! He explained all of our options and let us know what we really needed at this time and what will probably needed in the future. He didn't try to pressure us into fixing everything all at once but repairing the necessity while also letting us know more work would probably need to be done in the next few years. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and professional from scheduling my service to onsite. Mike Boyle was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He called in advance to let me know he was on his way, showed up as anticipated and installed a new weather strip and performed a garage door tune-up in a timely manner. He informed me of what things we need to anticipate repairing in the future with quotes on those items as I requested. We would use Precision Doors again in the future. We received very professional service.

John, the tech came on time and was polite. He told me that I needed new parts and was able to fix it that day - not return in a week because he didn't have the parts on the truck, etc. It took him maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes to resolve the issue - diagnosis plus fixing my garage door. He told me what needed to be replaced but I don't remember what they were exactly - so I can't answer the second half of the question below.

I had a broken bracket on the garage door opener and entered a service request on the web site. I was contacted promptly by phone and service technician appointment was made within two hours. Technician Blake Bailey arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and professional. He replaced the springs and rollers and the operator bracket in less than an hour. Our 11 year old garage door and opener operate like a new installation. Precision Garage Door Service of Clearwater achieves a standard of professionalism and service that I wish others would try to achieve.
