We had our garage door serviced through our home warranty company that referred us to Precision. Our experience from start to finish was outstanding! The technician Doug, showed up on time and did an outstanding job explaining the condition of our door, door mechanics and opener. He provided insightful corrective repair options and recommendations. The repairs were done timely and effectively. We highly recommend Precision for any garage door matters.

I was extremely pleased with the recent service received. I placed a call on Saturday afternoon, and was immediately placed in the queue for a service tech to come between 6-8pm on that same day! The technican, Doug, actually contacted me to advise he would be arriving earlier than scheduled! The service provided by Doug was exemplary! I am very happy with the repair/service I had today. Keith was friendly AND professional, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. When he had the spring replaced, he didn't like the sound of it, and took the time to make another adjustment to one of the pulleys on the end- so it now runs quieter than it ever has- and the original door was installed by a company whose name I will not mention...I will definitely recommend your company to my friends.
