I was very satisfied with the service and the installer was great the way he installed the door he had no wasted steps and just went from one part to another like working on a jigsaw puzzle he know where everything went hundreds of pieces. Tech was Brent Howell I called around 11:00 am with my door problem. I was told that a tech would be there between 11 and 3. Brent called on his way. He observed the situation and gave me three options to fix my door. I chose the 7 year warranty. Brent put in a new tension bar, rollers, and cables. Brent is truly an asset to your company. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did the work in the time he estimated. I enjoyed watching Brent work as he told me what he was doing in the process.
