Very good experience with the repair service. Technician was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain what was wrong with the springs and additionally the rollers. He also reminded me how to maintain the door so the moving parts will last longer!

I would like to take this opportunity to say how wonderful the service from Precision was and most importantly what a tremendous young man that Mike Wallace was when he came to do our repair. He was the most courteous and considerate young man. I cannot say enough how impressed I was with him and his approach to the job. He was so honest and informative about the work that needed to be done and he was also quick to point out that some of the concerns I had were ok and not necessary.
