James showed up on time and completed the work that needed to be done. Replaced bad weak springs, repaired t-rail trolley and chain, replaced the center bearing. Replaced remote that was missing when I bought the home. I appreciate James being prompt and professorial.

Blake was on time, very informative, and performed a thorough check up on our doors via an Angies List special. We are planning o buy new doors, and though he isn't a salesman he was very informative. This kind of service on something simple, will very likely turn into a much larger sale.( Still companies out and about who don't realize that the little things count!) I called Precision overhead door for repairs on my garage door after a recommendation from a neighbor. The appointment was easy to make and they offered same day service. The technician, Doug, called ahead to let me know when to expect him and he arrived on time. He gave me an estimate of repairs and talked to me about what was needed to get my door working like new again. He was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me a feeling of confidence and trust. My door works great again - I'll recommend this company to my neighbors and friends too.

I have called Precision before and I will call them again in the future. I appreciate the way I get service on the same day. I needed a new bracket that attached to the door and with a recommendation I also had the rollers replaced. Tom made sure the seal was just right before leaving.
