I chose Precision to install a weather seal on my garage door and do a basic tune-up because of their great reviews on Angie's List. The tech that came to do the work was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure the weather seal closed any gaps between the bottom of the door and the garage floor. He inspected the door and opener and recommended additional services without pressuring me to decide immediately. Job well done!

When I originally had the garage door opener installed it worked fine and very quietly. A noise developed when opening the door. Doug (the tech) immediately recognized the problem and very professionally and politely repaired the door. He also gave excellent advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. This was the first time that I have ever had to use the services of a garage door company for repairs or an install. From the first call to them, they conducted themselves very professionally. They were able to get to me within 24 hours and once on site they evaluated my garage door and gave me several options to resolving the issues that I had. The employee that was on site was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend them in the future and in fact I am a local real estate agent and have them set to go over to one of my sellers tomorrow to repair his garage door.

I found out about Precision from a truck near my house. I looked them up online and liked everything that I saw regarding the company. John Tsangarinos was the technician that came out to my house. He was very nice and very informative. He gave me several option on what to do with the door repair. I had to have Rollers replaced, brackets, replace the opener and the keypad entry. The door is like new. John even took the time to program the opener through my car. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
