Bob B. was our tech today. He was personable and professional. He got to the root of the problem and did a good job explaining what was wrong. He was patient and answered all my questions which helped me make the decision of how I wanted to proceed. This was an unexpected situation for which I was not prepared. They were able to work out a payment plan for me which really helped me out. Once the work was completed Bob showed us how everything worked. The 7 year warranty was also a big plus. There was a huge difference in how our door functioned once the proper opener was installed. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to my friends and family.

scheduled appointment was between 3 and 5 pm but did not arrive untill after 6pm because very busy I guess. Other than that service was five star and satisfactory. Technicians seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Improved operation of garage door and did not pressure for more expenditure. Would recommend service to others.

I appreciate the speed with which you responded to my service need. One of the springs on my auto garage door snapped so we were trapped, could get the door up. True to your ad, you responded within 4 hours even though your schedule was full and I live in Lakeland. Your technician, Frank Soto, is an outstanding representative of your company and very loyal to you, Jim. He presented himself well, obviously very knowledgeable, does an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done, what my options were and gave me an accurate estimate of the expense I was facing. When I made my decision as to what I wanted to get done, he did not waste any time in getting the repair done. Very glad I called your company. By the way, the lady who took my call was very helpful in solving my problem. Incidentally I purchased much more than the broken spring.
