These guys are GREAT! James came out a week and a half after I had Precision install new springs and opener. I tried to install new rollers myself and screwed-up and messed up the tension on springs. James took care of the problem 1,2,3 and NO CHARGE! Again, I highly recommend this company to anybody looking to repair, replace or have any problems with a garage door. Thanks James!

I enjoyed my experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, beginning with the nice and informative scheduler. My appointment was between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. I received an email confirmation and then a call from the field tech. Blake, my field tech call in advanced to let me know he was 10 mins. out. Blake was courteous and straight forward explaining the repair process. The repairs were performed quickly and professionally. The costs were as estimated. I would recommend Precision to my friends.

Sorry this is tardy! Bryan was knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted an easy to use outside keypad and I got that. Bryan noticed that my garage door sometimes stuck and it was very creaky and noisy. He replaced one part and put on new rollers-now the garage door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. I am very satisfied and thought Bryan was a nice, "cleancut" young man. 5 stars

I'm very please to say Precision Door is a company stands behind the products they sell and install. My door opener motor failed within the warranty period and they came out on a Saturday and replaced my entire original door opener system with a new "Linear" drive system...everything: motor, belt drive, sensors, key pads.........no questions asked! It's the quietest and smoothest operating door system I've ever heard. Sean, the service technician, not only installed and adjusted the system hardware, he took the time to program fully explain the function and operating controls of the new door system. To say I'm extremely pleased with the response time and service, would be an understatement! Thanks Precision Door.....you earned an A++ in my book!

As is always the case, our garage door spring broke on a Friday night. I doubted that I would be able to get a company to repair it over the weekend but I called Precision thinking it would be Monday. They were extremely courteous in answering late on a Friday and setup repair service for Saturday late morning. The technician, Doug Naporano, arrived when promised, assessed the damage and also made two other recommendations which were sensible. Doug performed the repairs in a very thorough and unhurried manner and then made certain to have me verify with him that it was working as we desired.
