Precision installed the garage door and I wanted it checked before the peak of hurricane season. The technician suggested a battery back up which we had installed. I am under 5' in height and it is difficult to raise the door manually.

I chose Precision to install a weather seal on my garage door and do a basic tune-up because of their great reviews on Angie's List. The tech that came to do the work was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure the weather seal closed any gaps between the bottom of the door and the garage floor. He inspected the door and opener and recommended additional services without pressuring me to decide immediately. Job well done!

Doug (the tech) immediately recognized the problem and very professionally and politely repaired the door. He also gave excellent advice on how to avoid the problem in the future.
