First of all, the tech was scheduled on a timely basis, like 48 hours or less after my call. He showed up on time, was very courteous, accurately assessed the problem and in a prompt fashion fixed the situation to the best of his ability based on the garage door's specs. This was great service, loved it. Harry Hutt

Scheduled a bottom seal replacement through a deal on Angie's list. The work was scheduled early evening at my request to accommodate my schedule. Technician Ryan Goodman was on time and professional. Performed the bottom seal replacement and explained other wear items and options. Installed a keypad opener at my request for a very reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with the experience and recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

Hi James arrived punctually. He is a friendly professional. Answered my questions. Turns out my garage door is hurricane proof, and everything else is origonal to the house. Rollers were extremely worn, and the springs had lost most of their tension. When James was finished with the repairs I was elated....The doors sound, look, and function like they were brand new...and a thorough post cleanup as well. Precision sets their service standards very high and it is greatly apprciated. I appreciate service like this.

We couldn't get our garage door remotes to recalibrate. Called Precision, because we've always used Precision, and Craig came out and found the problem and fixed it. He rekeyed all of our remotes, lubricated our doors, and was done in less than 45 minutes. Courteous, informative, professional and an all around good guy. That's why we use Precision. Thanx guys and gals.
