My dear Mr. Jim Rapp, Almost two years sgo I contacted your company to try to help me with my broken garage door, It was very easy to see that it would have to be replaced and so one of you fine techs put in a new door for my wife and I. It was quickly put up and been working daily for us. While cleaning the vinal strip around the door in Nov. I saw daylight at the top and saw the top was bending in, I had seen that befor on my old door and I knew it would only get worse ,so this time I wanted to nip it in the bud befor the whole door fell like befor, I contacted your company fully expecting to have to pay for this service , Starting from the receptionest who took my info all the way to greeting your fine technicians that made the repairs,everything was handled so politely and professionally , and we were so amazed at how fast they made the repair, and then to find out it was no charge, WOW, TWO THUMBS UP my wife and I only reccomend your company to anyone we see and talk to. Easy and personable on the initial phone call and came out within a few hours. Ryan, the tech, was able to explain and demonstrate the problem and offer several solutions that we could choose from to be able to correct the problem. Once we chose an option the service was performed quickly and competently. The door is operating like new and we have a great parts and service warranty as well. I would recommend Precision as a service provider and will use again if required.

Installation on 12/5/13 went off without a hitch. Installer, Keith Allen, was very thorough and was able to point out problem areas(wrong springs,cables frayed and worn rollers. He completed job in a timely manner and was very neat in his work. Recommend him highly. Product is registered in my wife Lisa's name as she is actual property owner.

We are extremely happy with the service we received. This is the 5th time in 17 years that we broke a spring on our garage door. After becoming extremely frustrated, we decided to call someone other than the company who serviced the door the last 4 times. We are very glad that we did!! Our service technician James from Precision Door listened to my problem, and examined our door thoroughly, and explained and showed me what the other door company was doing wrong. He also replaced rollers and gears that were disintegrating. Our door is QUIETER than it has ever been since we moved into our house! It goes up and down very quietly and smoothly! We are impressed with the outcome! We even received a 7 year guarantee in writing! It's as if we purchased a whole new door and track.
