previous contact with parents door repair south tpa.I had also justhad lightning strike.so when I was able to talk with a live person on Saturday evening and was given any time on sunday ,it was great.my garage door had pulled supports from ceiling and garage tom was here by 830.he was finished before set time . he replaced everything except the actual door.he was so helpful and with tips while working.he was great .i would have tom back to do his magic with my door.i was great since as a nurse i was due on Monday to work late and is was great feeling knowing all was just right and safe.thank you again.i have already told 3 co workers of how great my experience was.working weekends as routine time for customers to call with time restraints or emergencies perfect .thankyou to tom for making a bad time for me much better with a great end experience

Matt came late on Labor Day and cheerfully and competently repaired springs, gear track and a plate. He showed me each part and explained why it was necessary and in one case, a preventive measure, to replace it. He pointed out that some storage shelves were too close to the garage door and items on them a potential cause of derailing the door. I appreciated his competence and his interest in explaining everything to me.

Precision Garage Door is outstanding. Mike Boyle is extremely knowledable and not only replaced the garage door rollers (which is the service we originally intended), but also showed me that the spring tension was completely wrong and unsafe. We went ahead and got the springs replaced and properly tensioned and also had Mike replace the seal on the bottom of the door. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail that I encountered with Precision Garage Door. This company deserves yor business! You will not be disappointed. Garage door spring broke on saturday evening laborday weekend! got an appointment for sunday morning between 8:00 am and 10:00. Repairman Doug called about 8:15 said he would be here in about Twenty mins. Doug show up and inspected door and gave me the estimate said it would take about an hour to do. Door was fixed in about an hour at price Quoted and no mess in garage! Fine job.
