I called at 4:15pm on Thanksgiving Eve with a door stuck halfway open. Was told a tech would be there between 5-7pm. Mike arrived at precisely 5:00pm.He immediately went to work to access the problem.Once he finished he explained the options. I told him to fix everything, to give the entire unit a going over regardless of price. What an awesome technician.He knew exactly what he was doing and within an hour my door was going up and down quiet as a mouse. I had made calls to two other companies before Precision and was told they could not get to me before Friday, what a joke. I will make everyone I know aware of my great experience with your company. Doug was a pleasure to deal with , been planing to have the door serviced when the spring broke . Went ahead and had all rollers replaced new bottom seal . Door broke on Sat. , service was set up for 6 to 8pm . Doug called and said he was running behind on his last call ,I told him if he could reschedule for Sun .He check and said that would be fine.
