I chose Precision because their yellow page ad advised they are on Angie's List, a BBB business and offer no service fee with repairs. I like the fact they come out on holidays and weekends at no extra charge if an emergency should arise. I also read the reviews from other customers with very high ratings. My tech was John Tsangarinos, and he has approx 15 yrs experience with the company, and knows his stuff. I am a firm believer that a company is only as good as its employees. John identified many of the issues I was already aware of, but he also identified a major issue I was unaware of due to improper installation by a prior company. He tweaked and fine tuned everything on my garage door. My garage door now runs smoothly, quieter, and has a new feeling to it. There were no upselling attempts, I was provided with the repair prices for my specific problems prior to any work being done. He even linked by car to the new garage door opener. And they warranty their work. I was allowed to pick a time convenient for me, not them. The work was completed quickly and the tech arrived within the two hour time frame as stated. Precision will be my first choice for any garage door issues I may have in the future.

I heard about Precision Door Service on a commercial while watching the news. My door needed springs, rollers and cables, plus brackets, etc. Because they have all the parts the repairs were done right away. My technician was courteous and seemed skilled in preforming what ever needed to be done. He also said they would back up the work for five years for what I had done. So far I'm satisfied.
