Precision has done good work for me in the past, so I called on Precision again when my garage door cable broke. They sent me a friendly, knowledgeable technician . He told me what needed replacing, and what would be nice, but not immediately necessary. I made my choices, he did an excellent job, and cleaned up after himself. I was VERY pleased.

The tech that came was Jeremy (A) Rossi and he was great. We immediately established a great rapport, as he diagnosed the problems and fixed everything (torsion spring broke, cables were fraying) really quickly. He explained everything he was doing and why, and what needed replacement. I would absolutely use Precision again and highly recommend them.

I heard a loud noise when I raised the garage door. Thankfully the door opened completely. I immediately called Precision Garage Door. The technician actually called to say he could come earlier than scheduled. He replaced the springs and wheels on the door and instructed me on how and where to lubricate the parts. He arrived with a mask on. Once he looked at the door, he provided me with 2 options and didn't push the more expensive one. He was done in a few hours, cleaned everything up before he left. He was very pleasant and courteous the entire time.

We contacted Precision to fix a problem we had with our door staying open. Called on a Sunday and Nicholas was there on Monday morning. The door required an adjustment. We were totally prepared to be charged with a service call and were very surprised when there was no charge. No wonder they have so many awards! I would definite recommend Precision.

My garage door was not operating correctly after having the system replaced by you earlier. A Technician came to service it but it stopped functioning as soon as he left. You sent a Senior Tech to service it and he replaced the unit at no charge. Both Techs were polite and efficient. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone.
