Once, in time of dire need, they came to my assistance when my garage door would not open and I was trying to get to a doctors' appointment on time. I called your company because of the add on TV. Your representative was very polite. However all your company could do is sell me a new door not fix my old one. I then called Copper Top doors for a second opinion. They were very prompt and sais they could fix the existing door panel with no problem. Instead of twenty two hundred dollars for a new door the cost was two hundred and forty dollars to repair existing door,

Precision did a great job of fixing my garage door problem. The person taking my phone call for repair was excellent - she got all the information correct as evidenced by her repeating the details of the call to me. The service representative did a great job fixing my issue and although he did point out further work that should be done in the future, he did not pressure me to take care of those needs today. Overall the entire experience with this company was great!

I was having problems with my Genie Aladdin garage door opener after the install of a new router. The WiFi was checked again, and all was good. I then called Genie-Aladdin and was on the phone with them for over an hour, no luck. I called Precision Garage Door the next day and they had someone out that day to see if they could help. Precision and Dylan Harrison saved the day. The people on the phone at Precision are always polite and helpful. The tech (Dylan) worked on the issue (for over an hour) and was able to fix the problem and...my door worked. He was patient and never got frustrated. I was so relieved to have my door back in normal operation. I have used Precision for over 20 years. They take great care of me and the techs who come out to make the repairs or install are always kind and helpful. Thank You!!
