I had them help me out five years ago with installing a new mechanism system and was impressed with the service, personnel and overall customer service. When I again ran in to issues, not with previous work but another problem, I called them and had service the same day. Once again, the technician was personable, polite, a wonderful rep for the company, ahead of time, efficient and answered all my questions. Thank you for being so reputable. Kudos to Chris Johnson.

I heard a loud noise when I raised the garage door. Thankfully the door opened completely. I immediately called Precision Garage Door. The technician actually called to say he could come earlier than scheduled. He replaced the springs and wheels on the door and instructed me on how and where to lubricate the parts. He arrived with a mask on. Once he looked at the door, he provided me with 2 options and didn't push the more expensive one. He was done in a few hours, cleaned everything up before he left. He was very pleasant and courteous the entire time.

We contacted Precision to fix a problem we had with our door staying open. Called on a Sunday and Nicholas was there on Monday morning. The door required an adjustment. We were totally prepared to be charged with a service call and were very surprised when there was no charge. No wonder they have so many awards! I would definite recommend Precision.

Our technician Arnold was great, he listened to what we were looking for, gave us 3 options to choose from, we ask him for his opinions on all three. Once we decided on what option we wanted, he did a great installation job, tested, demonstrated, then serviced our other door, all ok. He also cleaned up his work area, all very professional.
