the repair price I was quoted was absolutely embarrassing. I have used Precision in prior years for a new door and repairs but I can't see that continuing into the future. If your business policy is screw the customer and get as much money out of them as you can, I'll find someone else.

Our experience with our technician, Michael, was amazing. Very nice and polite young man that was very professional the entire time. Precision more than met our expectations. We called on a Saturday evening, they were here by 8 on Sunday to repair our garage door. Exceptional service. We are a first time homeowner but had Precision in our rental, so due to previous experience, I already felt confident in the service we would receive. Very pleased and very happy with Precision from the initial phone call to the service. Our technician Michael, was very knowledgeable and we would always recommend him for any service or repairs. My garage door needed one tension cable either replaced or rewound. Technician was excellent and was on site a little less than an hour. The service call was $189.95 -expensive but not unreasonable. I was then charged $ 255.00 for two 7 foot cables that retail for around $25.00.-- This is not only unreasonable but needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau to warn consumers. To add insult to the situation they added another $20 for fuel for the service vehicle. I'm sure this won't show up on their web site but at least I gave it a try.

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we have used them in past years and they have proven to be very reliable! It is easy to get a same day appointment. Once, in time of dire need, they came to my assistance when my garage door would not open and I was trying to get to a doctors' appointment on time. The professional who assisted me this past Monday was friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained in detail the things that required replacement immediately as well as the things that would eventually have to be replaced in the future. I am grateful that we found a reliable and friendly service provider for our garage door needs!

I called your company because of the add on TV. Your representative was very polite. However all your company could do is sell me a new door not fix my old one. I then called Copper Top doors for a second opinion. They were very prompt and sais they could fix the existing door panel with no problem. Instead of twenty two hundred dollars for a new door the cost was two hundred and forty dollars to repair existing door,

Precision did a great job of fixing my garage door problem. The person taking my phone call for repair was excellent - she got all the information correct as evidenced by her repeating the details of the call to me. The service representative did a great job fixing my issue and although he did point out further work that should be done in the future, he did not pressure me to take care of those needs today. Overall the entire experience with this company was great!
