Called for service on my garage door opener and they sent Brian Harmon out. The remotes weren't opening or closing the door. Was set to buy a new opener when Brian realized I had put LED bulbs in. We changed them out and all three remotes are working just fine. This is not the first time I've used Precision and I can tell you any more problems I will use them again. Great techs and reasonable prices. Honesty is number one with this company.

We called on a Saturday when our garage door wouldn't open and received fast, same day service. Noah was our technician and was great! Very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Gave us several options with no high pressure sell. Garage door is quieter than its been in a long time. Awesome service!

Best service ever , My technician Jesse Burns arrived early and got right to work . Made his assessment and discussed with me his findings and recommendations. He explained in detail and answered all my questions. No pushy sales tactics at all . I was able to pick and choose what I wanted done. I’m very happy with the service I received. I was so glad someone could come out on a Saturday as I couldn’t even manually open my door to get my car out. Jose Rosario was fantastic in all respects. He even went the extra mile, way above the call of duty. When I said I was going to leave my car in the driveway for a while so I could sweep out the whole garage, he saw the electric blower and insisted he blow it out for me. Wow.....was happy to not have to go out and do that. Thanks so much! Lynette LoCurcio

I always loved you guys at Precision. Every time I call you guys, you always come out the same day and give me great service. Tim Vaughn came out this time and for him it was an easy fix. The garage door wouldn’t close anymore and he knew exactly what it was and fix it within a couple of minutes. He also oiled the door and the wheels so it wouldn’t run smoother. you guys know how to treat customers and, I thank you.

Today Brian came out for a general service call. He was extremely helpful and very thorough at explaining everything necessary for us to understand fully our particular garage door and it’s issues. He gave us options to consider for repair/maintenance. Never pushy. Complied with all cdc regulations. Completed the work in a timely manner. Very personable. Couldn’t have asked for a better company or technician. Will definitely use them again!

If it's a good product, the product will sell itself. I look for fair pricing, follow-up thru to installation & then the installation itself. This company meets all of my "go to" wants. We chose Precision because another contractor and friend highly recommended one of the technicians, John Tsangarinos stating that he was an expert in his field. Mr. Tsangarinos did not disappoint us. He was prompt, courteous and highly knowledgeable. He repaired the garage door and also suggested other repairs that were needed to secure the door during hurricane season.

James responded to our request for repair to our garage door opener within one day because that was more convenient for me. He was appropriately attired for the COVID-19 issues and he’s very knowledgeable about the repair we needed done. He offered several options including some to save a little money and showed us the pros and cons of each quote. Husband and I agreed to His recommendations And he installed the needed parts the same day. I can hardly hear the garage door open now with the new bearings and wheels installed. Josh arrived on time and had his Covid-19 mask on which we appreciated. He was extremely helpful, professional and straightforward in discussing our requirements for three different 8' high garage doors. Our problems ran from not enough clearance for a new opener on one door to an expensive repair on a door we never use to replacing an entire door or the possibility of replacing just one panel of the third door. With his input and suggesting options, we were able to make the best decision on each of the doors and very much appreciated his honesty and concern. In the end we will be installing a new more expensive opener on one door since there is not enough clearance for a traditional opener and we are working with Precision to replace the third door entirely with a hurricane resistant updated contemporary door which we use constantly. At no time did we feel Josh was pushing a more expensive option, on the contrary, he seemed concerned we would make the wisest decision for our needs. We have used Precision previously and will use them again. We feel they are trustworthy, their staff are polite and knowledgeable and we've never had any issues with work performed. We would recommend Precision to others.
