Matt, the tech that came out was just fabulous. Neat and clean, very efficient, and done in a little over an hour. Had to replace the motor to tame our very loud opener. He was also very pleasant, and nice,too. We are so happy we got Matt for our tech. You cannot even hear our garage door open anymore, our dog will not know when to let me know when my boyfriend gets home, cause he cannot hear it either. Thanks Precision.

Door was making all kinds of noise. Call Precision about 9:00 a.m. they were here around 1:00 p.m. very nice representative, explain the problem, fix the garage door and played with my dog. Such a nice young man will definitely recommend to all my friends

Talk about responsive customer service!! I called Precision this morning around 9:30 am to request service for a contrary garage door key pad and remote. My initial appointment window was scheduled for today 12 noon to 4 pm, but an hour later I received a call that a technician was in my area and could arrive sooner. Wayne was at my house by 11 am, diagnosed the problem quickly, offered me three options to remedy the problem, and subsequently installed a new (much quieter) garage door opener system. I am very pleased with the service I received today from Precision.

The technician was nice, courtesy, professional and was willing to wait for me to find my credit card. The only problem I had was with my garage door working worse than it was before the spring broke and it was repaired. He did mention something about my chain sagging due to a possible gear issue but he did not review it with me meaning open and close it before he left. When I came outside it was open and it was time for him to go. I guess that may not be one of the practices at Precision but I believe it should. This is my 3rd time using Precision the other two former times were A+ but this time not so good. Unfortunately, I may have look for another company going forward.

Scheduling appointment was quick and easy. Technician Keith A. arrived on time and politely explained options to correct issues and suggestions to enhance operations tailored to my desires. Work was 1st class and clean-up excellent. After installation of new equipment, Keith A. took his time to walk me through details and set-up. Wife's car was not home to complete app set-up so he offered me his personal contact information. He has several years experience with Precision which paints a good picture of the Company Culture. My door was a Precision product and has been in place about 20 years. A spring finally broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called and the service tech arrived within 2 hours. He did a good job and replaced 2 springs and all bearings. The door works well and I am satisfied.

Yesterday Precision came out and replaced my Genie Garage Door opener. They came out the same day that I called them and they were on time. The service techs were great. A neighbor was satisfied dealing with Precision. Luke was a professional and knowledgeable technician. He made note of a broken fastener which I had him repair. He also brought to my attention a spring that was worn which I will schedule to be repaired. What I appreciated was his observation that were a concern for the functioning of the garage door. On occasion, for some unknown reason the garage door would not remain down after closing. It would lower to the ground and then reopen. My Tech, Jim Long knew exactly what the issue was. A bad sensor. He replaced it and lubricated the rollers and hinges. Now the door is properly working again. Great service, great Technician and 100% satisfied.

Outstanding response, Service beyond compare, and competitive pricing! This morning when I went to open the garage door, I found that the spring was broken. I called a few different places to find that not only were Precision Overhead Garage Door Service available to come out today, but their pricing was very fair. They sent out Jimmy Johnson, a fantastic technician that did a great job of explaining the situation, and giving me options when he was done, he explained how to take better care of our door, so this happens less often. I wish everyone I did business with would give me this type of service and then teach me how to avoid needing them in the future. I recommend this company to everyone!!! Save time and call them first.

I had a garage door opener that had been installed by Precision Door in 2020 that the WiFi control pad had quit working. I called Precision Door and they sent a technician to my home the same day. The technician (Arnold Simpson) was unable to correct the issue. Precision Door then replaced the garage door opener and all the remotes under the service warranty at no cost to me. Mr. Simpson was very professional, friendly and had the new products installed and working in around an hour. Precision Garage Door is a great company to deal with and I would strongly recommend them to anyone!
