For Jeremy & the work he did, 5 star. He's a good mechanic, friendly etc. You get 4 because your expensive. $400 for new wheels on a golf cart door? I had to cut off before several other things would go over $3k.

I called Precision this morning (Saturday) at 9.15 am and explained that I had a broken spring on our garage door. I was given a time window of between 10am and 2pm for a technician to come and do the repair. In less than an hour I received a call from John the assigned technician who told me he would arrive in about minutes (he was coming from St. Pete to Wimauma!). John arrived, right on 45 minutes. After assessing the situation, he provided me and my wife with an explanation of our options that was easy to understand and free of any technical jargon as well as the costs of the different options. Once we made our decision, he went right to work telling me it would take him about 60-90 minutes. During the repair he also explained why certain parts of the garage door were noisy (our house is only 4 years old, so I was pleased he explained these to us also along with reasons as to why they were happening). John is a credit to your company, he is professional, courteous and diligent as well as being a very personable man. Great job John & Precision Door service!

We needed a new garage door. Based on their reviews, I called. Ana B came out on time to measure, and talk details. I was concerned about it being too noisy. She had some ideas for me to consider. I’m glad I took her recommendation. They let me know they were on the way. I watched. They were very good at their craft. A few hours later, we have a new door that is very quiet. It’s beautifully insulated (thx AB!). It looks like Fort Knox on the inside with all the reinforcing for the storm weather! We love it!

I called because my garage door would open remotely but would not close without holding the button inside the garage. The technician came the day I called and fixed the problem quickly. He was very nice and explained what happened.

Completely amazed by the excellent customer service provided by this company. Technician came out shortly after my call for service (Same Day!!!). Polite, informative and genuine is my description of the tech! Diagnosed our issue quickly and explained how it can be resolved easily. This company is a class act! I recently had a new garage door opener installed and found Sean to be very courteous, professional and helpful in answering any questions I had. He talked me through the process of options I had and the advantages and disadvantages of both. I have dealt with Precision previously when I bought my garage door and found them to be very courteous and professional at that time as well. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door if you want a company that is caring, courteous, professional and provides the highest quality of products.

Called yesterday and made an appointment to have a tuneup done to my double garage door. I ended up replacing the motor which was 20 years old and not the right one for a double garage door unbeknownst to me. So I am very happy with my decision of doing so, the technician named Robert Clausen is a total professional explained everything to me in detail. He has an impeccable manner that I truly appreciate in a technician. Your company should be very proud to have him working for you. Thank you so much for the wonderful service provided to me today keep up the excellent work.

Your technician called before arriving and was on time. He evaluated my garage door and explained options. A quote was provided before any work. He completed the work and walked me through routine maintenance and answered all my questions. The door is working much better.
