I had used Precision in the past around 2017 for a broken spring on the garage door. It was fixed without issues and the tech was good. So when I was having issues with the garage door motor bringing the door up, tech found the issue and fixed it. Good service, friendly

I received a call from the Tech Cody, letting me know he was on his way. Cody was very professional, walked me through each quote and told me about how long it would take. A gesture made by Luke that I feel is very important to summarize his person.:: Amazon came while Luke was going to his truck for materials towards the end of the job,at which point I’m sure he was exasperated from working in a hot garage. . The Amazon delivery man was walking with 4 large boxes stacked taller than he could see. Luke seen this and stopped what he was doing to take off the top 2 and walk them inside with me and I was 100% comfortable with him doing so, I felt as though my friend was giving me a hand. .
