Precision has always provided great service with friendly technicians, so I was glad to work with them again on this broken garage door. The technician, Bryan Stewart, did a fantastic job getting the door to close and secure. He was patient, and managed to figure out how to complete this difficult task (2 prior contractors could not figure it out). I will always recommend using Precision for garage door services going forward.

Brian Harmon was here within about an hour and did an excellent job of getting the garage door to close again. He explained the problem and got to work immediately. Prompt service as advertised. Friendly and courteous technicians. I think uninformed older people could easily purchase waaaay more than would be necessary to repair original issue. I’m a General Contractor for 40 years and they certainly built up a substantial list of items. Back off on the up-selling a bit . It could be misconstrued very easily.

Griffin Miller serviced my garage door on 5/25. Installed new opener and did other maintenance that was recommended. He busted his butt non stop for 3 hours. Highly recommend this company. Ask for Griffin to be your servise tech. Extremely pleased his prompt arrival, his attitude was fantastic. Enjoyed chatting with the guy. Glad I choose your company. Your tech Jim Johnson did a great job on replacing all parts on our 14 foot 50 year old garage door. All the parts needed were on his truck. Professionally done and all I had to do was provide orange Gatorade on a very hot day.Job well done.

This is a very professional company. The work is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. With the replacement parts installed we have a like new garage door. Our technician, Alejandro Gonza, was excellent. His people skills are phenomenal. Precision is fortunate to have him.

I want to thank Precision for a great job delivered today. Through sheer stupidity I backed into my closed garage door several months ago and damaged three aluminum struts (one of which was hanging half off the door). Fortunately I was able to operate the door OK, but I certainly didn't want that aluminum piece to be hanging forever. My appointment window was between 8:00 AM and noon, and John arrived at my house between 8:30 and 9:00. Much to his credit he had all the parts he needed for a full repair, and he replaced the old, rusty rollers. Although he gave me a quote for a replacement door, he didn't push it and confirmed the existing door still has life in it (with the smoother rollers). The repair was done in less than 2 hours, plus I had John install and program a new outdoor remote I had purchased. All-in-all, John was fantastic and I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Precision!
