Matt was an excellent repairman. However, the price was very very high and I did not get a receipt for the work performed. I am going to post on Google if I do not get a call from Precision 813-523-5812

James did an incredible job. Very professional and kind. He explained everything to us so that we understood what was needed in the repair/replacement. Would definitely request James again if we have a need. He also pointed out how dangerous some situations could be if they weren't replaced. Thank you for hiring such excellent technicians.

Another wonderful experience with Precision. Joshua called to tell me that he was on his way and he arrived exactly when he said he would. When he got here he listened to what I think was a problem with my garage door pad and he advised me what could be done. I asked him if he would also just look over all the other components in the garage to see what might need to be repaired anytime in the near future. He gave me an estimate for all the work to be done and told me there was no pressure if I couldn’t do it all at one time. He was very friendly and very professional and I would definitely ask for Joshua as a tech again.

Rebecca was incredible. Best sales professional I have ever dealt with. Subject matter expert. If I asked a question, she had an answer. She was honest and up-front; if there was something that didn’t work, worked better or did not look right, she explained why and how. Rebecca never made the process feel like a sale; her focus was on us, our needs now and in the future. She was on time, thorough and professionally anticipated our questions in a way that made sense. Rebecca Fernandez is an asset to your company. Thank you.

I had a good experience with scheduling and the repair went smoothly, but my issue is focused on exorbitant pricing. I didn't have time to research pricing when the torsion spring broke on our garage door overnight. I depended on the solid reviews posted for Precision for having them coming out to work on the door at a fair price. When the pricing options were presented they seemed really high, and I found out after the work was completed that they are indeed on the extreme high end. I had the two torsion springs replaced, two new end bearing plates, a new flanged ball bearing, and a set of new rollers totaling $1,354. From what I've gathered, parts and labor pricing from this repair is roughly double from other reputable contractors. The repair experience itself was good, but not worth that price.

The tech arrived on time and was very professional in his demeanor. The tech explained all of my options as it pertained to new garage door openers so that I can make an informed decision. The tech installed my new garage door opener within a couple hours, programmed my cars, clickers, and coded pad. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

A broken spring prompted me to call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We had purchased our door years ago from them. I was quickly scheduled for a visit that afternoon. The tech called when he was on the way. Bryan was very professional and personable, taking care of the problem quickly. My door was up and running again in about 30 minutes. No surprises, so high pressure sales pitches. Keep up the Great Work!

This is the second time I have needed a garage door repair - once upon moving into my home 5 years ago, and just now when someone accidentally dented it. Both times, I was exceedingly pleased with the service Precision provided - speedy response time, impressively knowledgeable and pleasant repair technicians, and prompt repair that solved the issue in record time. I will definitely call them again if I ever need work done on my garage door.

We had another company install a new garage door keypad, but that broke within a few months. We called Precision this time and they were prompt and took care of the problem. Our mistake for not calling Precision in the first place, because they installed the garage door opening sysem twenty one years ago.

I chose Precision because it was in a magazine sent out to new home buyers. I was the only one in the magazine. The add answered my questions. Then I was able to "chat" on line and get all the information I needed. Yes, you met all of my expectations. The tech - Adam met all my expectations. He was very patient and competent. Explained the bill and resolved the 4 issues I needed help with. He had all the products with him so I didn't have to make a "follow-up" appointment. I will recommend your company in the future.
