ARNOLD SIMPSON was a 5 star service technician. He arrived promptly and advised he was able to assist with my original request for a replacement remote for a very old opener and program it as well as the unit didn't have a program button and the original opener left with a car. More importantly he inspected the entire system and pointed out some deficiencies that I was not aware of and had them attended to. A very friendly and understanding man who helped me understand in a non-technical level. I would highly recommend this company.

David was a pleasure to work with. He called 15 minutes prior to arrival and was pleasant and professional throughout the service call. He explained the problem and the potential solutions giving options but not pushing with a "hard sell" approach. I felt confident that he was being straight forward about the problem and solutions. Wesley was very nice,but I feel that I was over charged. I called for a tune up at 59.95 and ended up paying 249.00. He put new rollers in at 22.00 a piece. He said that they come in packages of ten. That I knew. But, I was not expecting to be charged 220.00 for rollers that you can get for 16.00 to 25.00 dollars for a package of ten. I know that they are not the quality that were in there previously. He was very surprised that I had all of my original paper work from when the door was installed. I will say that the door does run a lot smoother and is not as noisy but,I feel that I was charged 200.00 dollars in labor. That's crazy!!

Appointment was made and on time. Technician was polite. Seemed to have no idea what the problem was initially. Asked lots of questions as to wether I'd spoken to other repair companies. Came back after investigating and said it was a broken spring. I couldn't believe I'd never noticed it split in two before, much less a trained technician! Said it was $540 for springs that work and $240 plus tax for another part I needed. Presented it in a trained sales technique I should never have fallen for. I thought it was high, but didn't know and wanted to get it done so said yes. I looked up what it really should have cost ( $200-$300) I paid $760 after a 'coupon' he applied when I said I was paying way too much. I was totally ripped off by your company!....More fool me, but I will definitely not use you again or recommend you.....unless the extremely expensive springs under a 5 yr warranty break?

service was prompt and technicians were very professional. Have used precision a couple of times previously and would consider using them again... would have to weigh my displeasure with the sneaky billing. I was quoted $360.00, but was charged $405.00. I thought perhaps tax, but on $360 that would only amount to a touch over $25.00 or a bill of roughly 385. Low and behold My invoice included $25.00 for "shop supplies" and get this - an additional $20.00 for FUEL SURCHARGE! Why shop supplies aren't included in the price quoted I am not sure other than to make the price sound better than it is. Absolutely no reason to charge 20 bucks for your gas! Cost of doing business - if you expect your customers to pay for your gas, roll it into the price quoted. And anyhow 20 bucks seems rather high.These type of sneaky pricing games leaves a bad impression likely to cost you business. Whats next, "warehouse fee" or possibly employees healthcare tax? The more I think about it the more I think I'll choose another company next time.

Today was the day I needed Precision and they came through... my springs broke and they provided same day service, quick, professional service at a fair price... I would give your company and your technician a 5. I had to have a new motor put in. The tech went to purchase a switch for me as the original one was installed properly. Then he spent about an hour installing a new garage door opener. He was very efficient and friendly. I have to say, I had called Banco Doors about a year ago to install a new door opener, and they were not only unfriendly, but they never bothered to come out or call me about installing the door. I am very pleased with your company.
