You had scheduled my appointment between 6 PM and 10PM on Saturday June 22, 2019. Your Tech Brian Harmon was not only on time but a half hour early wich was a big help. We were out of state at the time of the problem with our garage door but we had our neighbors Daniel and Martha. avail themselves to be there to let the tech in to do the repair. All went very well. Your tech was professional and very knowledgeable. He contacted me with what was going on with the door and he contacted me again when he was finished. Explained what parts were needed and that he made some minor adjustments to the door and to the springs which help make the door operate smoother and quieter. You have a great company. Keep up the good work. Regards

The garage door opener was professionally install to the point I can't believe how quietly the sound is now when I open an close the door. Everything looks great and I thank the gentlemen that repaired everything he explained the steps and why I should pick one of the two options, I did think the price quotes were very high, but I was more concern about safety for me and my family when returning home late at night and did not have a choice at the time.

My daughter decided to hang from our garage door as it raised...came off track and then our spring broke! Within an hour of our call Issac was here to install a new spring. Working in the construction field most of my life I was well aware that our 30 year door was on it's last leg. Installing a new spring would have been a temporary fix as the wood was rotten in areas. Precision waived the fee for the emergency call and within 48 hours Jason had our new hurricane proof door installed! Both Jason and Issac we're extremely knowledgeable, polite and hard at it in this heat! Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a quick fix or a new garage door.

We heard about Precision Garage Door from their many ads during the local news we watch. They were our second choice when our garage stopped working because we first wanted to contact another garage repair company we had worked with in the past. Given the experience over the phone with the late-night tech at the other company, we called Precision. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day to have our springs replaced and our service guy Josh was a pleasure to work with. He gave me 15 min notice that he was on his way and didn’t mind when I was a few minutes late racing home from work. He explained the repair and cost to me then performed the work in a timely manner. He was professional and kind. We had a great experience with Precision and would definitely recommend them.

Robert Trotter contacted me prior to his arrival and arrived right within his estimated time. He very quickly recognized my most immediate problem was the chain. Answering some of my questions he brought to my attention some options I have that would be to my benefit along, with fixing the chain. Chris was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He replaced a garage door opener that was over 25 years old. I was glad that he explained and demonstrated how all the buttons worked on the device attached to the garage side door entry. This is the second time I've used Precision. I had them replace the springs 2 years ago after a different company did a spring replacement incorrectly, resulting in the spring breaking within a short period of time. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

We called Precision on a Wednesday afternoon and had an appointment for Thursday morning! Bryan Stewart was our technician and he was amazing. Prompt, professional and very tidy! I had this door installed five years ago I’ve already replaced the springs and then today the bracket pulled out from the opener from the door and you wanted to sell me a new bracket for 125 reason being is the door is hur Hurricane door which is very heavy and the screws pulled out which he stated it was not your problem if you install have a door wouldn’t you upgrade the bracket you’re operating a scam
