Fixed garage door part that failed due to original installation by another company.(years ago) We will always call Precision in the future for any needed repairs or replacements. They are always courteous and reliable and not too expensive for the service call. We have recommended Precision to several neighbors and friends. Great service technician!!!!!

Called Precision to fix a snapped belt. It broke on Saturday morning, and they had it repaired by 5:00 the same day. Their technicians are courteous, and they do not try to oversell what isn't needed. I actually called another company and they tried to diagnose the problem over the phone, and provided an estimate without having seen anything! The technician who came out on a previous call was great as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
