For Jeremy & the work he did, 5 star. He's a good mechanic, friendly etc. You get 4 because your expensive. $400 for new wheels on a golf cart door? I had to cut off before several other things would go over $3k.

What a great company to have doing work on my home. The technician that came to my house today was Jeremy Rossi. He was perfect right from the beginning. My main reason for having the visit was simple, I needed some new remotes to put in our cars. He was very polite & asked me if there was anything else he could help me with concerning the garage door. Well, I was embarrassed to complain about an odd sound. He took the time to explain the issue to me. One hour later I feel like I have a new home, no more noisy garage door. Thank you for your help.

The tech that came was Jeremy (A) Rossi and he was great. We immediately established a great rapport, as he diagnosed the problems and fixed everything (torsion spring broke, cables were fraying) really quickly.
