Scheduling appointment was quick and easy. Technician Keith A. arrived on time and politely explained options to correct issues and suggestions to enhance operations tailored to my desires. Work was 1st class and clean-up excellent. After installation of new equipment, Keith A. took his time to walk me through details and set-up. Wife's car was not home to complete app set-up so he offered me his personal contact information. He has several years experience with Precision which paints a good picture of the Company Culture. SO HAPPY!!! The spring on our garage door broke Monday late afternoon and it wasn't a full 24 hours later that Precision had someone at my house fixing it. Tuesday, at 12:30 pm, Keith came and repaired the door, double checked the third door and made sure all the working parts were in order. He was professional, informative and actually wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. I will recommend Precision to all my neighbors and friends. Fantastic company and people!!! Thanks!

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door several times in the past. The technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. My recent service call was 9-30-2022 after Hurricane IAN came thru Tampa Bay area. I had lost power and had to open the garage door manually which caused my door come off the track. Precision scheduled the service call for the following Monday. The tech was on time and had the issue resolved in less than 1 hour. He also informed me that the garage door opener is about at end of it's life. I would recommend Precision for any problems with your garage door.

Had the springs and rollers replaced. Keith Allen was the technician and did an outstanding job. I do appreciate the military discount! My concern is the shop supplies fee of 7% and is this normal in industry? Seems kind of steep to me. Also what is a fleet transportation fee and is this also normal?

Precision has been our garage door company since we moved here in 2006. They have been timely and very thorough in their work. Today Kevin had to replace our motor. He explained the different options, what might be best for us and did the installation quickly and professionally. He even took time to meet Kaia our Great Dane and get to be her friend.
