Matt did a fine job fixing our garage door. He explained what needed to be done, gave us three offers on fixing it. We took the five year warranty. He was also a very clean, polite young man that knew what he was doing. Did not have his ear glued to a phone, instead he did his job!

I called Precision for a noisy garage door. The staff who answered and scheduled was pleasant. She scheduled a technician within hours. Matt was excellent. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem as being caused by paint stuck between the door panels. Matt was patient and thorough. Overall, outstanding service.

Got great service on the very day I called. Matt came and did a great job, plus, such a very nice young man. So pleased with both our garage doors working and no worries anymore...will it open, will it close, will it stay closed? Got the belt driven motor on the big door and it's so quiet. So, so pleased. Prompt service as advertised. Friendly and courteous technicians. I think uninformed older people could easily purchase waaaay more than would be necessary to repair original issue. I’m a General Contractor for 40 years and they certainly built up a substantial list of items. Back off on the up-selling a bit . It could be misconstrued very easily.
