I have used Precision Garage Door Services a couple of times before today. The service representatives have always been knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Travis Prescott continues that tradition. He performed a "Pre-Hurricane tune-up" on the door, and now it opens and closes more quietly than ever. He even helped me set up an application on my cellphone so that I can open or close the door from my phone! That's going the extra mile. I will definitely continue to call Precision Garage Door Services for my garage door needs.

Garage door wouldn't open this am. Turned out to be a power surge. I called first thing and Travis came out before noon. Had routine maintenance done along with new rollers, since he was here. Very efficient, polite, helpful. Highly recommend.
