Lucas came out to replace the broken spring on my door. He recommended the cable drums and cables since they were showing signs of age. We then decided to change out the rollers as well. The door now runs smoothly and quiet, much better than before. Lucas was very friendly and transparent. I recommend Precision Doors to anyone needing repairs or a new door.
