They replaced my garage door opener back in 2019 and the level of professionalism was beyond anything I could’ve expected!! So, when I started having issues with the remotes, I called and spoke to a wonderful young lady who was able to get me an appointment on the same day! The technician, Orion, was so kind, caring and helpful!! He was kind enough to check my equipment, and showed me an issue I hadn’t seen! He was able to fix it easily & showed me the fix. His kindness was huge for me as I am battling cancer & he was patient and understanding when I lost my train of thought or asked dumb questions—he truly CARED about my door and safety! He never pressured me to fix it and offered options to keep expenses affordable!! This company is truly Customer oriented & I will never use any other company and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door company who puts customers FIRST!!!

We called at noon and it was repaired by 4. The technician, Orian, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had the parts in his vehicle to make the repair immediately. From the call to request service to the repair, we find Precision to be our go to garage door servicer. We highly recommend them.
