I am very happy with my decision to go with Precision. I have been managing a big project, having a 2,000+ sq ft steel building installed on my property that serves as a garage, barn, workshop, and gym. I wanted a farm style barn door look but the initial quote was way out of my budget and we didn't have enough room with the height of the garage portion. I was able to get alternate options within my budget. The scheduling time they gave for ordering the door was accurate, and they could install within 2 days of the door arriving. I initially scheduled for the door to be installed on a Friday the following week (electric was still being installed) but due to the incoming CAT 3 hurricane I called Monday and requested an earlier install date. They got me in first thing in the morning on Wednesday and the install was done by lunch. They also didn;t require power to install and test the opener, they brought a generator and did all the programing, all I have to do is plug it in when the power install is complete. Overall I'm so happy with the flexibility, communication, and options they provided to get not my dream garage door, but a great door in my budget.

Jim..Over this past weekend my garage door was not operating. I call Precision and the representative who answered my call was courteous, cordial and thorough. She told me that Nick was scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 4:00. Additionally, she said that it may be possible that Nick may get there earlier and would that be OK. Well Nick Rossi arrived before noon and did a complete diagnostic check of the issue with the door. He explained all of the issues and options with me as well as the costs involved. He was very friendly, gracious and extremely knowledgeable and the consummate professional. Both of these employees are enormous assets and representatives to your company!!

tech was good.Nice worker. I do think the price of all my was work was very expensive. I dont think NASCAR pays as much for Springs as I paid for my springs for my garage door? Got a 3/4 horse belt drive system only comes with 1 controller?. had rollers changed, bushing changed.

Excellent Service!! Called Saturday @8a, appt was 10-2p, they called in route and arrived @1030. Offered 3 levels of resolve, all fair and customary. Completed the work in about 45minutes. Appointment was made and on time. Technician was polite. Seemed to have no idea what the problem was initially. Asked lots of questions as to wether I'd spoken to other repair companies. Came back after investigating and said it was a broken spring. I couldn't believe I'd never noticed it split in two before, much less a trained technician! Said it was $540 for springs that work and $240 plus tax for another part I needed. Presented it in a trained sales technique I should never have fallen for. I thought it was high, but didn't know and wanted to get it done so said yes. I looked up what it really should have cost ( $200-$300) I paid $760 after a 'coupon' he applied when I said I was paying way too much. I was totally ripped off by your company!....More fool me, but I will definitely not use you again or recommend you.....unless the extremely expensive springs under a 5 yr warranty break?
