What a pleasure dealing with the Precision team. Michele and her helper on the day of my estimate was so fun. I felt like I knew them both for a long time. We were scheduled right away. The tech (Andrew) that was sent to service our door couldn't have been better. On time, informative, knowledgeable, and best of all, very personable. I had a "popping" in the door when we opened it every time. We looked at all the possibilities of the cause and couldn't find a thing. Finally he noticed the "rack" above the door (where we stored items) had moved just a slight bit and the door was touching it on the way up. Andrew made a minor adjustment and problem solved. Would give Andrew and Precision the highest recommendation possible. We have used them numerous times.

I will recommend Precision to all my friends and family, My installers name was Luke Rose, he called me prior to coming over. Once he got there he noticed that my air handler was going to be in the way of the door opening, he looked over the situation and came up with a plan to customize the tracks so that the door would fit. He did a fantastic job and my wife and I could not be happier. He was a true professional and made sure that everything was perfect before cleaning up and leaving. He deserves recognition for the outstanding customer service he performed.

Had a Spring break on a Friday nite. I searched the Internet & found Very Positive Reviews on Precision. Called Saturday morning & had an Appt. In 5 minutes arriving between noon to 4pm. Got a call @ 2:10 that Jose Rosario had arrived. He checked out my situation & offered suggestions with an Estimate. He proceeded to do the Repairs & Cleaned up after. Broken Spring, not really what I wanted on Christmas Eve, but I was glad Precision was able to send a Technician out to repair. John Pappas came out, replaced the springs with heavy duty springs, bearings, and nylon rollers. John did a great quality job! The garage door is so quiet now! Thank You for quick quality service.

Prompt appt and service, Richard was a knowledgeable and helpful tech. We had our garage door installed by Precision 21 years ago- never an issue, opener even still working and just needs a new track after all those years lol. Amazing, did not need a new door but called to get a price on a new hurricane wind loaded door and will be installing one soon. These days when you cannot even get a refrigerator to last more than 4 years its nice to know there are still people doing quality work. LOL I bet it will last another 21 years... Thanks guys. Today one of your capable technicians, Matt, came to repair my garage door opener. Matt did an excellent job of evaluating what was not working on my door and what he would be able to do to repair it so it would work. Matt was very professional, clean-cut and mannerly. Matt had to work with both of my cars still in the garage so he was very careful and neat at his job. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and if needed will call this company again.

I should have provided comments before this latest warranty repair so my comments are related to our experience with the door since purchase including the recent service call. We purchased a new hurricane rated garage door in September 2017. Since that time we have had a number of serious issues with the installation that required repair. The first issue involved the bottom metal sill plate with the weather strip literally falling off the bottom of the door. Thankfully it did not damage the cars in the garage. The second issue involved poor operation of the door which required more bolts added to the brackets that attach the individual panels and fasten the back hang with an anchor. The most recent issue involved the bracket that attaches the door to the track the lifts the door. 2 out of 4 bolts had fallen out, one bolt had sheared off so that the door was attached with one bolt. The technician replaced the bracket with a 21" reinforcement bracket which he mentioned should have been used at installation given the weight of the double door - a $100 upgrade that was not offered when we purchased the door. All of the repair work was done under warranty at no cost, but I have never had similar problems with garage doors at previous residences after many years use. The technician (Luke) that made the recent repair was excellent. On time, efficient and pleasant. He deserves 5 stars but our overall experience with Precision has been anything but 5 stars.
