I've had to call Precision twice in the past year and am very satisfied with their prompt response. Also the service guys that came were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately this time it is an electrical issue and I have to get an electrician out here.

We have used Precision Garage several times for repairs at our townhome in Clearwater and now for our new home in Seminole. Each time that we have worked them they have been outstanding. Our tech - Nick Rossi today was very friendly and respectful. He was knowledgeable and provided a quick install of a new garage door opener and two remotes. He even took the time to program my husband's car to the door. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend working with Precision Garage and we will use them for all of our repair and install needs. Thank you!

The ladies in the officer are always courteous and professional. Precision showed up in the time frame given with a phone call when they were enroute. We had purchased a new door and opener a couple of years ago and were very satisfied with the service and end result. Today the keypad stopped working and when I tried to reset it the door started acting strange. Nicholas arrived with a smile and a handshake and I immediately liked his personality. He listened to what I told him happened and he fixed it right away while explaining to me what was going on. While we were talking he noticed the trim was drooping without me even saying anything to him and he grabbed his nail gun and fixed it. My wife had asked me to bring the loose molding to their attention and I had forgot, so Nicholas saved me from having to answer for that one. :) Nicholas was a great representation and reflection of the company.

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we have used them in past years and they have proven to be very reliable! It is easy to get a same day appointment. Once, in time of dire need, they came to my assistance when my garage door would not open and I was trying to get to a doctors' appointment on time. The professional who assisted me this past Monday was friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained in detail the things that required replacement immediately as well as the things that would eventually have to be replaced in the future. I had my new garage door and opener installed this morning, and I am thoroughly happy with the result. From the initial meeting with the Sales Representative (Chris) to the two gentlemen who installed everything this morning, I was impressed by the professionalism they all exhibited. My initial meeting was very thorough and I received a detailed bid within hours and it was very fair. I was also impressed that the installers showed up actually a little early for the job (which made my day) and everything was installed so efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

The two men that represented the company were wonderful! Where I was disappointed was in the pricing. When we made our appointment over the phone, we were told the springs would cost between $100-$300 per spring, that there was no service charge if the work is done the day of the visit, and that they would also give us a 5% Military Discount for our active duty status. After inspection, our springs turned out to be $300 each. Bummer, but and technically within what they had told us. There was also a Fleet Transportation Charge of $20. I called to ask what that was and after an extensive hold time, I was informed that was a standard fee on every invoice to have truck on-site equipped with the tools and materials needed to complete repairs. The obvious questions seems to be: how would the repairs be made if there were no tools or supplies? There didn't seem to be an answer to this so the receptionist said she would refund the fee. I did not bring up the fact that the Military Discount applied was not 5% either. It was a mere 4%, which I did not feel like bringing up. I'm happy with the work but disappointed in the way the invoicing and charges were managed. I didn't feel like it was particularly honest or transparent. If choosing to do business with them, just be aware of the fees and invoicing.

Our steel doors cracked. New ones needed. Matching single doors; framing slightly odd. Tracks and hangers bent. These folks are excellent. Creative problem solving. We called about broken springs and possibly a new garage door at 10 am and Joshua was able to come before the scheduled appointment and fixed the springs in a heart beat and we got a great price too. When asking him about the door he said it could last a bit longer, no need to exchange it now. We really appreciate his honesty and for giving us a price that we will have to face and can save up for for now.

I was blown away by how well this went. I called and a tech was at my house in under an hour. He saw the problem and told me exactly what he could do to resolve the issue and gave me a quote of exactly what the price would be. Tech was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great information. After I gave him the go-ahead he completed the work in approximately an hour and left my garage area cleaner than when he arrived. I am beyond thrilled. We all know we have seen the commercials --- it is so rare for them to be completely true .... but they are with Precision. Wow and wow!! I am a very satisfied customer!!!
