Very disappointed from the company! They came after the Milton hurricane to fix the garage door. We had power outage for few hour and after the power was back the door was only opening half way and then closing again. The service person made evaluation and start quoting me from 1700$ to replace the motor and some other parts! After my shock from the price he start quoting lower like 1200$ and then asking me how much I am willing to pay!!!!!! He connected me with his manager and their best offer was 900$ for a opener change only!!!! I decline the quote and the technician never bring back the garage door the way he found it!!!! I call again to ask them to come back, they gave me appointment after a month in witch they never showed up!!!!! STAY AWAY from them! Its a shame to take advantage of people in that way especially after a hurricane!!! I had my door repaired with 400$ from another company!

On occasion, for some unknown reason the garage door would not remain down after closing. It would lower to the ground and then reopen. My Tech, Jim Long knew exactly what the issue was. A bad sensor. He replaced it and lubricated the rollers and hinges. Now the door is properly working again. Great service, great Technician and 100% satisfied.

The final $$ was more than I originally planned but my garage door should give me many years of service. I replaced the bearings, springs and the rollers. The door and hardware were at 17 years of life.

What a great company to have doing work on my home. The technician that came to my house today was Jeremy Rossi. He was perfect right from the beginning. My main reason for having the visit was simple, I needed some new remotes to put in our cars. He was very polite & asked me if there was anything else he could help me with concerning the garage door. Well, I was embarrassed to complain about an odd sound. He took the time to explain the issue to me. One hour later I feel like I have a new home, no more noisy garage door. Thank you for your help.

We anticipated having to schedule an appointment and arrange for our sister-in-law to meet with your Tech to conduct a price quote and repairs perhaps 1 or 2 weeks from today. Instead, you were able to provide same day service ! ! ! Adam was polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. He performed an overall inspection, (well beyond the broken spring). He offered 3 different maintenance/repair options which provides the homeowner with workable economic choices, but also recommended, (based upon the age of the existing door), that all rollers and bearings, (as well as the required springs), be replaced, (the mid-range option). We are grateful for quick response and repairs by excellent, well trained employees. Thank you !

Jim Rapp is an excellent technician, who explained me what need to be done and can be done either cheaper way and then the problem will arise or little expensive way with 7 years parts/labor warranty with 3/4HP motor etc. I decided to go with the higher price which includes all kinds of parts. Except the door and side railing everything was changed. Extremely silent operation of the door. I am an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and recommend them any time.
