James called ahead, arrived on time and was polite, professional and efficient. Diagnosed the problem (old broken opener) and provided several options for replacement he had on his truck. Asked him to check and service other garage door( hadn't been done in many years) and found a weak spring that was straining the opener. He replaced it, lubricated and adjusted it and the door works better than ever. James was patient as I asked questions and made decisions. He even helped program the tricky Homelink device in 2 vehicles, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend Precision Door and make sure you ask for James,

I had an excellent encounter with Precision Garage Door! They came the next day after I called, arrived within the specified time frame, and called 20 minutes before they arrived. The technician, Chad Donovan, was extremely friendly and professional, presented all options, and completed the repair quickly and even cleaned up afterward. Chad is a credit to the company! The process was quick and seamless. Brittney was able to schedule an appointment for the day after my call. They were able to come earlier than scheduled and called to see if that would work for me, and it did. Keith was very friendly and courteous. I asked to have the garage door seal replaced plus an overall check up on the door. He provided an estimate for the seal only, plus made recommendations to replace the rollers and cable. Given my budget, I elected to start with the seal replacement, but will follow up with him to complete the other items soon. Once he pulled the the seal, Keith noted extensive door corrosion and elected to use a seal that would help mitigate further wear. I couldn't be happier with the result and the service received
