Although it took over a week to complete the job order, Doug was able to locate the root of the problem and had to place an order for the part, which was not in stock. Doug was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He kept apologizing for the delay in completing the work.

Called Precision for a broken door spring. We wanted to renew all the hardware on the doors because they are 17 years old. The tech Frank Soto took care of all our needs, plus installed a great new belt drive opener that is totally silent. He had all the parts needed for repairs and did it all in about 3 hours. We have a 3 car garage with a single and a double door. I think we are good for another 17 years. We are going to call to have another belt drive opener installed on the single door.

When we called for service, we were told a technician would be there between 2 and 6 pm. At 2pm, the technician (Keith) called and let us know he would be there about 3pm. He was there at 3pm. He explained everything, gave me options and a quote for each. He was personable and professional. I am 100% satisfied.

When my garage door would not open after a power outage, I was impressed that Doug came the same day and the problem was easily remedied. This week it failed to open again and when Doug came, we determined it was best to replace the opener and door at this time. My work is scheduled for next Tuesday, thank you. I felt his advice was in my best interests.

Although a Sunday, I called Precision because I couldn't open our garage door with opener or manually. Technician Doug Naporano arrived and quickly found trouble and made repairs in a professional & efficient manner, not wasting any time. Door assembly was repaired and is running better than before.

Same Day Service! They were able to come out and fix our door that broke a bracket and came off the track. Ed Lucchesi was great. He came in and quickly assessed the situation and gave a good breakdown on what needed to be done to fix the problem.

The appointment was for regular maintenance of a door that was installed by Precision a little over a year ago. The technician, Mike, arrived in a timely fashion. Some minor adjustments and lubrication brought an obvious improvement in performance (noise, speed of opening). Appreciate the service.

Great service! I needed my garage door replaced and called them on Friday. They sent an estimator (Frank) out on Monday. He was very pleasant and explained all of my options/costs. On Thursday the installer (Ross) came out to replace my door. Ross was great and a very hard worker. He went well beyond what I expected. He shored up the trim around my door with bolts, moved my existing torsion bar/spring, installed all new railing and new door. He reconnected my existing garage door opener also. Everything works great and the new door is much more solid than my old one.The company and techs kept me advised as to when to expect them. I would definitely recommend this company!!! Satisfied customer.

Called on Thursday and they came the very next day. He was very knowledgeable and showed me the pieces that were broken or worn down. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. We must have had a power surge so I had to have several things done. All good now. Needed new bearings, springs, sensor eyes, circuit board, bought a surge protector this time.

I used my Home Warranty for a garage door problem and was contracted with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, specifically the technician Mike Wallace. He was very timely,courteous, polite and very knowledgeable about my specific problem. Unfortunately, I had minor further problems which where promptly fixed within days. I highly recommend this company and most definitely, Mike Wallace himself!

This is my second time using Precision. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my call (it was not an emergency either). The technician showed at the early side of the 4 hour window and called to let me know he was on the way. Technician was prompt, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Came to repair my door but turned out the panel was the reason it wouldn't work. They couldn't replace it the same day. Not too happy about that. Otherwise they were reasonable and well mannered and timely.

Had a spring break on my garage door on Saturday morning. Remembered that I saw and ad in the Tampa Bay Times several days before. Looked it over and saw the price of spring replacement which was $199 for the pair and no service charge if a repair was done. Called the phone number listed and made an appointment for the next day (Sunday) which was okay with me. (Luckily I had a second vehicle parked outside the garage). The appointment was scheduled to happen between 10am and 2pm. Around 10:15am I was called by service tech Francisco Soto who said he would be at my home within 15 minutes, and he was. After he checked out the busted spring, he said he would do a quick check on the rest of the door to make sure all was well. He explained and pointed out several things that may need attention. He priced everything out and left the decision up to me. (No hard sales pressure which I appreciated). We agreed on what was to be done and he got to it. I watched him work the entire time and he answered any and all questions that were asked of him. After watching him work it was obvious that he knew what he was doing as he quickly dismantled the old spring sections and installed the new ones. Francisco is a very knowledgeable and well mannered young man and an obvious asset to your company. I will not hesitate using your company again when needed.
