I am very satisfied with the service I received from Matt... I arranged for a service call not knowing the reason why my garage door was making a noise when opening... Matt explained the probable cause and pointed out a few items that needed addressing... Matt was very professional and completed the call in less than an hour... Excellent service from start to finish! The sales rep was very knowledgeable and gave me some great suggestions. The garage door installer, Ed, was prompt, very pleasant, and efficient. He recommended that I have my non-functioning garage door opener replaced. Jeremy, the technician, came out the same day and was also wonderful. He explained the differences of my options, and he installed the garage opener the same day. My new garage door (wood grained) looks beautiful, and my new garage opener works flawlessly.

Today is the second time we have used Precision (the first time was 3 years ago for spring repair) and the second time we have had Keith for our technician. This time we replaced the garage door opener/key pads and had the door, springs, etc. serviced. Keith is a terrific technician. He seems very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, works judiciously and has a very pleasant demeanor. We would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them -- and Keith -- to others!

Matt did a great job of explaining the damage to the garage door and what had to be replaced. He explained additional weak spots and what could be replaced and told what the cost would be. He was great to work with. Though costly to fix the door he made it a pleasant experience. I would give him a 5 star rating.
