Chris the technician called before he arrived to let me know when he would be there. He was on time,courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problems with my door and gave me a couple of options. He fixed the door and replaced broken springs and rollers.He replaced a bar going across door which stopped my door from bowing out. My door works beautifully and now quietly. Called your Lakeland number to ask how change my keypad code. The person in the office said that would look up how to do it, than he said he man in the area and that he could do it. I asked about the service call he their was not one if work was done. He did not mention the fuel charge or how much it would cost. When he arrived he did not mention how much it would cost till it was done. The bill was $69.00 for five minutes work, that office could have told me how to do it. I think that is bad business. This is not the first time I used your company. I bought the openier from you and had other work done also. I think the bill was was to high for the work done especially when it could have been done over the phone.
