We had a garage door opener malfunction and called Precision because of the positive experience we have had with the company in the past. Andy Peck was our technician. He was punctual, polite, attentive to our concerns/needs and was very considerate of our property. He assessed our situation and gave us a very understandable list of options from repair to replacement. Based on our circumstances, we chose to replace both openers in our three car garage. Once the decision was made, Andy immediately got to work. He was exceptionally organized, knowledgeable and efficient...a craftsman in all regards. Once the work was accomplished, he walked us through all features of the equipment and made sure we were comfortable with the operation. Given our experience, Andy Peck and Precision earn our strongest recommendation.

We are glad we called Precision for our garage door problem. Sunday morning we realized that one of the cables 'snapped' apart. The garage door was unable to be opened. We were given a repair window time of 2pm - 5pm (Sunday)and at 3:15pm received a call from Travis, the technician, telling us he would be here in 20 minutes...and exactly 20 minutes he showed up. He assessed the situation and pointed out to us that the movable parts of the door were in extremely bad shape (not surprised after 25 years of use!). He showed us the parts that were in poor condition. He gave us the option of just replacing the cables or the movable parts. Of course, to avoid any future costs, I chose the latter. In short, Travis did a terrific job and explained everything he had done. The price was right and so was the warranty. I recommend Precision to anyone who has a problem with their garage door. In addition, as advertised, they do not charge extra for weekend service calls. Good Job Travis!!!!!

Great service. Bryan Stewart was our tech. He called to let us know when he would arrive. We needed a new opener. Bryan presented three options and explained each thoroughly. After installation he went over the controls and even reprogrammed our cars to link with the new opener. Highly recommend both Bryan and Precision.

Complete joke of a company. I got a outrageous quote of $2300 to fix my garage lol. Called a different company and they charger $475 to do the same thing. Straight rip off I cant recommend this company

This was the second garage door opener that Precision installed for me. Brian the tech did a great job and explained all the new hardware operations. Since my wife was not home when he had completed the install he talked me through the setup on the phone for my wife’s car remote opener operation. I will only use Precision for future garage door issues.

Was quoted one price on phone and when tech arrived it was 350 more for same products. I called several other companies and was given MUCH cheaper quotes. My advice is shop around and take your time contractors are price gouging right now and THIS IS ONE OF THEM. Poor business ethics, very poor.

Travis was great. Arrived earlier than we expected, phone before arriving. Pleasant, respectful, and use his mask during the entire process. He was patient and listened to our concerns, thoroughly inspected our garage door problems, then provided us with a clear assessment of the emergent work needed. Travis explained in detail the two options that suited our needs and respectfully accepted our decision. Explained approximately how long it would take to complete the job. Once the work was completed; he explained exactly what was done, the warranty, and how to best keep our garage door in good operating order. Asked that we contact the office with any concerns. My garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. Because I have used Precision before I didn't hesitate to establish a chat with them online even though it was Sunday. Precision has saved me many times throughout the years with repairs, but it was time for a new door! Technician Jimmy Johnson explained the options and process thoroughly. It is evident Jimmy Johnson is knowledgeable, confident, courteous and professional. I can't believe that the price of garage door openers have gone up as much as they have from December of 2020 to May of 2021. You replaced an opener on my other property in December and when my opener on my house went bad I called your company fully intending to replace this opener. Your Tech Luke came out and gave me options for replacing the opener and thankfully I was sitting down when he gave me the price. I then had him replace the belt and put a new rubber piece on the bottom of the door. Since then I've found another company that would have replaced the opener at a price that was much cheaper than what Precision was going to charge me. Sorry, it looks like you've lost a customer due to over priced service and products.
