Why are your prices on springs and belts so high? On liftmaster web page they are both less than $80.00. Belts were worn out, had to Purchased new springs because tech would not balance door with old springs. “Company Policy”.

I saw the ad on TV and was having trouble with my Garage door. The person that came, although the door was placed on a brand new house, it always sounded like it was about to break. The person who came from precision review the door, and explained in detail why the door made so much noice, and rattled. He gave me options, including just service it, and it would last trouble free for a while. He give me all other options, with prices, and how much work I could afford to due, to upgrade the major comports of the door, so it will last and work correct. After review, I asked if he could do the work right then and there, He did, and the garage now sounds and proforms the way a door should. I was very satisfied and happy that I was able to finally get the door operating the way it should have from day one, by upgrading components in the door.

Turned out to be a quick fix. But only a pro would know that. Jimmy was very helpful with care instructions too. I did think the price was a bit high, but you get what you pay for.. door is all set now and nicely refurbished.

Wayne was knowledgable, skilled and has a great attitude. He called when he was on his way and arrived with a smile. He installed a new Linear garage door opener on our double garage. Our old Craftsman worked, but was noisy and wasn't able to handle programing enough vehicles, remotes and the keypad. Thank you, Wayne!

Dino was the technician assigned to our repair. He called when he was 20 minutes away, arrived on time, wore a face mask, and was professional and courteous. His vehicle contained all of the sample products easily and professionally displayed. I had other estimates showing me pictures of products--there is no comparison like the real thing.
