I called because my garage door opener quit working. They sent someone out to repair the opener based on my schedule but the opener could not be repaired so the technician reviewed several options to solve the problem. The service was completed in a timely manner by a very courteous technician.

We had Precision Door repair our garage door and install a remote keypad more than 4 years ago. The keypad stopped working and we called for service. The service technician was scheduled the next day; arrived as promised; completed the repair and took the time to check all other parts of the door mechanism. He was friendly, professional and very informative. We would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone.

I had a great experience with my service call. The phone representative was nice and servicemen Andrew Lachance serviced my garage door. He was so patient and kind. He called first to tell me that he was going to be earlier than expected. What? Earlier? Of course... He explained everything to me in detail and I appreciated his time. Great job Precision! Five stars for Jordan! He came the same day my garage door broke and fixed it for a good price. He was very professional and easy yo talk to. He was patient and sweet with my son which made me extra happy. He fixed my garage door with only a tiny dent left, the dent is barely noticeable. Thanks Jordan for a great job!

I can't say enough about our amazing service we received from James. He was on time, professional and didn't try to push any unnecessary costs on us. We had an old motor from when our house was first built and he installed a new one right on the spot. He even swept out our garage!!

Called your Lakeland number to ask how change my keypad code. The person in the office said that would look up how to do it, than he said he man in the area and that he could do it. I asked about the service call he their was not one if work was done. He did not mention the fuel charge or how much it would cost. When he arrived he did not mention how much it would cost till it was done. The bill was $69.00 for five minutes work, that office could have told me how to do it. I think that is bad business. This is not the first time I used your company. I bought the openier from you and had other work done also. I think the bill was was to high for the work done especially when it could have been done over the phone.
