I don't question the quality of work or the service provided by Precision. In fact, I have used the company in the past. I DO have an issue with the "bait and switch" advertising on your website, promoting the $899 special. The garage door pictured in the ad clearly shows a door with windows (Sunray), right next to the $899 price. As I suspected, this is NOT the door that's available for $899 and in fact, the door in the picture is actually double the price ($1800). Very misleading and a classic marketing sham. We haven't made a decision on a door purchase yet but this episode just leaves me with a bad feeling.

Wolf was very nice and overly efficient! He only had to put A wheel back in its track, but went above and beyond. He made sure everything was tight and functioning properly, as well as lubed all the moving parts. 5 stars for employee Wolf as well as Precision for prompt same day service!

Precision replaced my opener system a few years ago and this was the 1st time it needed service... just a new backup battery which was covered under warranty...what a pleasant surprise! Jose was my service technician and he was extremely professional and efficient. He answered all my questions and gave me advice to keep the door running smoothly. You folks have a class act operation and I am thankful I chose your company for my garage door needs.

My garage door did not open, and I did not see your advertising. My husband had a hand written note in his desk with your phone number.....He passed away in November and I was cleaning out his desk. I called, was treated courteously on the phone, and Jeremy was at my house the next day. Courteous, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. The problem was promptly fixed. I met Carlos later in the day...also courteous and professional. I will proudly recommend Precision to everyone I meet for the rest of my life. Thank you!

My garage door spring broke about 7:00 PM on New Years Day. After making an online appointment I decided to call, as well. Got an appointment for the morning of the next day! The tech, Noah called about 20 minutes before arriving at 8:00 AM. He explained exactly what was needed and what my options were. No hard sell - just the facts. I selected what I wanted and he went to work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and capable. The job was done in well under two hours and the door works better than ever. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.
