Arnold Simpson did an excellent job on our garage door and he worked very hard to get it going again. Furthermore he advised us on a number of items which the door might need to be corrected in the future as the door was already 11 years old and it probably would need further repairs. We agreed with him and he exchanged the items he suggested. He was friendly and very professional and we were happy that Precision send him to us. The tech was great and I appreciated his timeliness and knowledge. Our father passed away 3 weeks ago and my siblings and I are trying to handle his personal affairs. I inquired about a military discount on behalf of our father, but was told a discount only applies to motors. We were a little disappointed in that but overall the service was great.

Over priced. Cost me $720.00 My door got jammed and was out of alignment. Was told I had to replace 4 yr old springs. Long story short 1 1/2 hr of labor and about $50.00 worth of materials that was my cost. A little extreme I think.

We are very happy with the service we received from Christian. He was very thorough checking the entire garage door system to see what was wrong with it. He explained what all the problems were and the different options to either just fix the problem or replace the old and broken parts. He was extremely courteous and got everything done within a few hours. I don't know how one person can do all that work by themselves but he did a wonderful job. He showed us many different things with the new garage door system. Christian is a great technician and if you can request him I would definitely recommend it.
