Spring on our garage door broke both of her vehicles inside the garage and could not get out. Arrived on time for scheduled appointment. We had issues with our garage door opener. Was given a few options to repair or replace the opener along with pricing for all. Elected to replace the garage door opener which as very old. Installation was completed within an hour. Big Kudos to Precision and their team. I would highly recommend using them for all your garage needs.

Mike was extremely professional and explained what he thought was needed. The time he took to replace the bar, chain and motor unit was about an hour. He was very amiable and apparently knew his craft. He explained the features of the opener and the remotes. The options he provided were straight forward and he made sure I understood the basic operation. Good service and should I need added service I will call you.

The service man that came out was great, very professional!!! I bought two garage door openers for my car, however they had two buttons, I would like a garage door openers with one button, not two. I not comfortable with two buttons, I'm older, one button would of been nice. Its a rental property, I don't have two garage doors. Thank you, Peggy Peters
