Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. Brent was at my house less than an hour after I made the phone call. Within 1 hour he gave me the estimate and was done installing the new springs and all new hardware. My garage door looks and sounds like brand-new, thank you so much :-)

Called on Sunday with non-emergency request, Matt came on Monday at the scheduled time. He knew the products I was interested in, and quickly and efficiently installed our new wifi and battery backup enabled opener, as well as updates to our rollers. I can not begin to thank you enough for the new garage door. Everything about the experience was pleasant. The salesman was so helpful, the installers were pleasant, quick and thorough. They went through the extra time to tell me all about the door, and make suggestions on how to maintain it. I can't remember a time when I was more pleased with the experience with having a home repair done. I would highly recommend them for any installation or repair.

I was impressed that Precision was able to send out a worker on a Sunday afternoon. The installer, John, analyzed the problem with our garage door and then he gave me several options. He was very honest and fair when showing me the various price options. When he had questions for me, he did not hesitate to ask, in order to ensure that the job was getting done to my specifications. He had all of the necessary parts with him in his truck (garage door opener, cables, springs, etc.) so once we agreed on the project, he immediately got to work and the job was completed in less than 4 hours.

Our Precision techincian Jeremy did a great of job repairing the broken spring as well as rectifying a door closing problem from a while back caused by my bumping my pick-up into the door when it was almost opened. Jeremy was very meticulous and thorough in addressing all issues and the door one of the heaviest duty hurricane doors works smoother and quieter than when it was brand new. I highly recommend Precision.

Garage Door Opener Repair. Came out same day I called for service. Circuit Board was the problem and had the part on the truck so replaced on same visit. Garage door was checked for safety and lubrication. Up and working again, even helped with reprogramming of remotes.
