Precision came recommended by our neighbor. They offered next day service....despite it being a w/e. I was going to be out of town....so I scheduled for the following Monday...which I forgot was Labor Day. There was no extra charge. Door installed professionally and with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

What a great company! Called at 10AM with an issue, by 1PM same day Mike Graves was on the scene reviewing and making recommendations for repair. Our technician, David, arrived promptly, friendly and very knowledgeable. He offered options for our issue and had all parts needed on the truck. That was nice to know that he didn't have to postpone the repair to another day. David was very thorough and did the replacement of everything needed with promptness in a very professional manner. Broken Spring, not really what I wanted on Christmas Eve, but I was glad Precision was able to send a Technician out to repair. Excellent experience with Precision. After I backed into the half open door, the bottom roller popped out. After releasing the opener and testing the door, it still worked. Precision came out to check things out and made a few adjustments and popped the roller back in. Very pleasant technician who arrived on schedule.
