I am very happy with the repairs completed today on my garage door by John Tsangarinos. I only called Tuesday night at 5:30 pm needing the repair of the spring which broke 15 minutes before. I was given the first appointment for Wednesday morning at 8 am. I was so happy that the repair would be completed the next morning because I have my house up for sale so time is of the essence. John completed an excellent repair job and the door sounds better than new!!! I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone I know and have them ask for John. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the job in a very timely manner!! I would rate Precision a 5+ star rating!!

Initially chose this company based on the website reviews and close proximity to my home. The technician arrived early in the scheduled time frame which was great for my schedule. Called on 11/24/15 and was told tech would be there on 11/25/15. Oldmdoor opener switch was busted and door opener track was bent and the door could not be closed. Was told what needed to be done and Jeremy (excellent tech) did all his work! Door opens again, nice and quiet and we were able to keep Thanksgiving plans.

I was very satisfied with the service and the installer was great the way he installed the door he had no wasted steps and just went from one part to another like working on a jigsaw puzzle he know where everything went hundreds of pieces. And than he took the time to show me how everything worked and how to maintain and lubricate the moving parts. Great job
