my mother recommended them to me she used them for a repair and was extremely satisfied. I was originally booked for 4-8 at about 2 pm and within 30 minutes the came. took him less then 5 min diagnose the problem and less than that to fix it. for that reason I will call them whenever I have a problem with my garage door. the tech was very professional. He provided me with information I did not know about my garage door/system as well as quotes for several options to repair the door. To start the individual who took my call was very pleasant. The technician "James" showed up on time and in a clean uniform. He was an employee, NOT a subcontractor. He was intelligent, and able to describe my problem so I understood. He presented three recommendations, and his opinion regarding each. Frank Soto was "Exceptionally Friendly and Knowledgeable". Price charged was greatly marked - up! Not the tech's fault. Greed can and has come back to hurt businesses in due time. Margin is one thing, but greed and price gouging is another. Had springs, bearings, cables and rollers installed, mark- up was at least 1000 present!
