My technician was phenomenal. I actually cancelled my original appointment with another company (banko) because they weren't willing to accommodate my schedule and had poor customer service. Precision exceeded my expectations. The tech arrived on time, knew what the exact problem was,and fixed it. You don't get customer service like that anyone! I would recommend precision to anyone!

My tech, Matt was incredible. He spelled out where the door was broke, why the door broke and finally options for fixing it. When he was complete, the door has worked better and was more quiet than it had been in 10 years. Brilliant job!

We were out of state for Thanksgiving and our teenage girls were home. They hand an issue with the garage door stuck in the up position. We called Precision from our cell while driving in TN. Precision was out to our home within a couple of hours, called us with the recommendation and fixed it on the spot without charging an outrageous price. Most importantly, our girls were safe! Thanks Precision!!
