I appreciate the speed with which you responded to my service need. One of the springs on my auto garage door snapped so we were trapped, could get the door up. True to your ad, you responded within 4 hours even though your schedule was full and I live in Lakeland. Your technician, Frank Soto, is an outstanding representative of your company and very loyal to you, Jim. He presented himself well, obviously very knowledgeable, does an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done, what my options were and gave me an accurate estimate of the expense I was facing. When I made my decision as to what I wanted to get done, he did not waste any time in getting the repair done. Very glad I called your company. By the way, the lady who took my call was very helpful in solving my problem. Incidentally I purchased much more than the broken spring.

He explained everything that needed replacement but did not pressure us in any way. He simply gave us the facts and let us decide. An all-around great experience. The technician (Frank) was very knowledgeable. He explained why the problem happened, explained all of the options for fixing it, and then did a great job performing the fix. He was very pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. My dogs even liked him - and they usually don't like anyone!

Although it took over a week to complete the job order, Doug was able to locate the root of the problem and had to place an order for the part, which was not in stock. Doug was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He kept apologizing for the delay in completing the work.

Very Happy with the service. While other competitors were not whiling to assist me during the weekend and were trying to convince me to set an appointment for the middle of the week. The Good people at Presicion assure me that someone will be here early the very next day. The Service was excellent, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The Arrival to site was as stated, the job was performed in a timely manner, the job site was left clean,and the price was competitive to others. In other words "PERFECT". scheduled appointment was between 3 and 5 pm but did not arrive untill after 6pm because very busy I guess. Other than that service was five star and satisfactory. Technicians seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Improved operation of garage door and did not pressure for more expenditure. Would recommend service to others.
