Jeremy came to replace burned up motor on an old unit installed by non-pro installer. He was able to adjust the old door enough to make the proper gasket fit and close completely. He also installed new belt drive unit aligned to door center and replaced the rollers. I can't believe how nice and quiet the new unit operates and how smoothly the door moves. Jeremy even put with my sense of humor while he was working. Very personable young man. Precision is lucky to have him as a representative.

Thank you Keith for such a great job. This system is so quiet, my dogs don't even hear it. 5 Stars all the way!!

You installed a new garage door opener and springs. While I am satisfied with your service I am dismayed that the original garage door opener and spring assembly needed to be replaced after just 8 short years. I hate planned obsolescence as practiced by our manufacturing companies today.

I was able to have this problem fixed with 24 hours of my phone call. They gave me a four hour window in which to expect the service and then also called to let me know they were 15 minutes away. The technician not only fixed the initial problem but carefully checked over the entire door system. I was able to have it serviced during the initial visit which saved valuable time. I would highly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the first service performed on our garage door and opener since it's installation. The technician Matt Leto was very professional, informative and thorough. Preventive maintenance service. I am very impressed with your security measures providing the customer a picture and name of the technician who will be showing up at our door. Very reassuring, thank you.

The technician, Carlos Morales, was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Did a great job replacing the broken spring! Door opens and closes like it is brand new. And, the fact this was done on a Saturday without a weekend charge is nice.

I called Precision Garage Door to fix another company's faulty workmanship for work they performed the previous day (and within the last 4 years) and refused to fix. I replaced my garage door opener (the prev. company had caused the unit to short out when they replaced the a gear) and faulty springs (galvanized springs that were wrong for my door and which made my garage door extremely heavy to lift. Now I have a functional "green" garage door opener with a back up battery and other features, powder coated springs that will not spray black powder on my recently painted garage door, and the door is now so well-balanced that I can litterly lift it with one finger instead of doing a squat like a weight lifter. Precision came very quickly within 2 hours of my initial call! I have better safety lights that are positioned much better nearer to the garage walls. My new opener is practically silent and lowers in 2 steps so it doesn't "bang" the garage floor. My garage door control is now very modern and the system can be locked out. The technician, Elliott, was very knowledgeable and told me a lot about how garage door systems work. I and what was good and not functional or patently unsafe about every part of the door system. Elliott left me with a large can of Precision synthetic oil so that I can maintain my original garage door properly. Thank you, Elliott and Precision Garage Door!

Keith was on time, efficient and honest. He did not try to sell me something that was not needed and he gave me a very thorough breakdown of the costs with two different scenarios. After my interaction with Keith, I could tell he backs a company with high integrity. I would suggest Precision and Keith to anyone with any question about their garage doors.
