Garage door issues are always frustrating for homeowners. I started out 6 years ago fixing & patching with Precision. The guys have always been great. They arrive on time. Keep me informed of what repair is to be done.Work efficiently and clean up when done. Today's workmanship was exceptional as I finally said it is time for a new garage door. Lookin' good with no noise on the lift. Love it. Thanks to the work crew.

Why are your prices on springs and belts so high? On liftmaster web page they are both less than $80.00. Belts were worn out, had to Purchased new springs because tech would not balance door with old springs. “Company Policy”.

Thank you Precision. Your tech John Papas came out evaluated my system and offered me the best possible option and I was very satisfied. Springs and garage door opener were my best options. He was courteous, kind, intelligent, and most helpful and did not leave any debris. All was done to my satisfaction. I will be calling back for my rollers. The best part is that I have a 2-year warranty.

John, our instsller. Was well experience in the repairs made. Prices was very fair and we made a plan to start replacing older parts in a six month plan so the cost of replacing my 21 year old garage door opener would not cost so much at one time. GREAT TO WORK WITH. GOOD COMPANY REPUTATION

I saw the ad on TV and was having trouble with my Garage door. The person that came, although the door was placed on a brand new house, it always sounded like it was about to break. The person who came from precision review the door, and explained in detail why the door made so much noice, and rattled. He gave me options, including just service it, and it would last trouble free for a while. He give me all other options, with prices, and how much work I could afford to due, to upgrade the major comports of the door, so it will last and work correct. After review, I asked if he could do the work right then and there, He did, and the garage now sounds and proforms the way a door should. I was very satisfied and happy that I was able to finally get the door operating the way it should have from day one, by upgrading components in the door.

Turned out to be a quick fix. But only a pro would know that. Jimmy was very helpful with care instructions too. I did think the price was a bit high, but you get what you pay for.. door is all set now and nicely refurbished.

Wayne was knowledgable, skilled and has a great attitude. He called when he was on his way and arrived with a smile. He installed a new Linear garage door opener on our double garage. Our old Craftsman worked, but was noisy and wasn't able to handle programing enough vehicles, remotes and the keypad. Thank you, Wayne!

Dino was the technician assigned to our repair. He called when he was 20 minutes away, arrived on time, wore a face mask, and was professional and courteous. He quickly solved the problem of the opener not resetting. Dino's the kind of guy I would want on my team! I've used Precision twice now and will only call them for all my garage door needs. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to call Precision for my repair. Had new springs, motor and rollers replaced. Can barely hear the door open and close now. Also as senior citizens, we can rely on the WiFi app to insure we remembered to close the door.
