Excellent service. Problem on Saturday night, and up and running by Sunday, early afternoon. Jordan Tompkins replaced the broken torsion springs and cable winding drums in record time. (At least I think so.) Also adjusted my garage door opener to match the new part's specifications. A little bit pricey, but you definitely get the service for which you pay. Overall, a great repair experience. You can't go wrong with them. Thanks for reading my review. Bill

What a great experience we had with Precision! I called around 8:00 am on Friday morning after discovering our garage door would not open, trapping both our cars inside. With a full day of appointments, it was a bit stressful. I pleaded to try and have someone come as soon as possible and while no promises were made, we had the good fortune to have your technician Jose, call me about 45 minutes later to tell me he was on his way! Jose was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and especially kind and helpful. He diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and we could not be happier with the job he did. It would be a pleasure to refer Precision to family, friends and colleagues in the future, especially Jose. Thank you!!

Brian Harmon was my tech and he was super. Altho the issue I had with my unit (burned out circuit board) was not repairable by him due to parts having to come from another company, he diagnosed the problem and fully explained what was wrong and why it happened. Our garage door spring broke on the day of trash disposal, ugh! My husband was at work and I had to go to work. When my husband got home he connected with Precision Overhead Garage Door service online and through a chat got an appointment for repairs the very next day. Shane (tech) was promptly on time and gave us multiple quotes, to include only the spring replacement, and options to replace bearings and rollers that were worn out. We decided that since this was original in 1994 that additional options would be the way to go. Shane had the door in great working order, and whisper smooth, in under two hours. We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing repair or replacement of garage doors!

tech was good.Nice worker. I do think the price of all my was work was very expensive. I dont think NASCAR pays as much for Springs as I paid for my springs for my garage door? Got a 3/4 horse belt drive system only comes with 1 controller?. had rollers changed, bushing changed.
