James responded to our request for repair to our garage door opener within one day because that was more convenient for me. He was appropriately attired for the COVID-19 issues and he’s very knowledgeable about the repair we needed done. He offered several options including some to save a little money and showed us the pros and cons of each quote. Husband and I agreed to His recommendations And he installed the needed parts the same day. I can hardly hear the garage door open now with the new bearings and wheels installed. I would recommend James and Precision to anyone who is in need of garage door repair!

I have used Precision in the past and I am always very Happy with your service and the product. Today the Tech was Mike Fanning. Excellent, Professional, friendly and Knowledgeable. He performed the job in a very reasonable time and the job looked and worked perfect. He explained everything and kept the area neat and left it the same way as it was when he arrived. I am a Very Happy customer and have and will continue to recommend Precision to anyone that needs Garage door service or ew installations. Mike was Excellent!!!!

Your service tech was on time, very knowledgeable , friendly, and neat as a pin. He used his blower to clean up the garage, and I must admit he left it cleaner than when he started. The price was in line, and I am very very happy with choosing Precision.. You should be very proud of your company and your staff. Josh arrived on time and had his Covid-19 mask on which we appreciated. He was extremely helpful, professional and straightforward in discussing our requirements for three different 8' high garage doors. Our problems ran from not enough clearance for a new opener on one door to an expensive repair on a door we never use to replacing an entire door or the possibility of replacing just one panel of the third door. With his input and suggesting options, we were able to make the best decision on each of the doors and very much appreciated his honesty and concern. In the end we will be installing a new more expensive opener on one door since there is not enough clearance for a traditional opener and we are working with Precision to replace the third door entirely with a hurricane resistant updated contemporary door which we use constantly. At no time did we feel Josh was pushing a more expensive option, on the contrary, he seemed concerned we would make the wisest decision for our needs. We have used Precision previously and will use them again. We feel they are trustworthy, their staff are polite and knowledgeable and we've never had any issues with work performed. We would recommend Precision to others.

Our spring broke and we see Precision advertise all the time on TV, which is the first place we went to for repairs. Tim, your serviceman, was very professional, maintained personal-distancing, and fully explained what needed to be replaced: both springs, center bearing, both end bearings. Precision came the same day and installed a very good garage door opener that is quiet and secure. The technician was very nice and programmed the garage door opener button in my car. Noah Geer was the technical engineer that came to me today. What a gem! I had tried everything I could thing of to get my garage door to close, as I was in a hurry to leave. Noah instantly discovered the problem. Today was trash day. Upon bringing the can in the garage, I bumped the sensor without noticing. It failed to make contact with the adjacent side. Noah was sweet, kind and never once did he make me feel inferior. This error was completely my fault and I have learned a lesson today from someone very caring.

5 stars just isn't enough to rate this company. Mr. Rapp you have exceptional staff. From our 1st call in scheduling for service to the actual repair of our garage door issues this company was phenomenal. Our service tech was Tim. He was 1st very kind and understanding in what we needed and what we could afford at this time. He explained everything throughly about his findings and when we chose the service we wanted he got right to work. He did an excellent job.
