Precision came the same day and installed a very good garage door opener that is quiet and secure. The technician was very nice and programmed the garage door opener button in my car. He also installed an outside keypad and showed me how to use it. I am happy with the result and feel the price was reasonable.

Noah Geer was the technical engineer that came to me today. What a gem! I had tried everything I could thing of to get my garage door to close, as I was in a hurry to leave. Noah instantly discovered the problem. Today was trash day. Upon bringing the can in the garage, I bumped the sensor without noticing. It failed to make contact with the adjacent side. Noah was sweet, kind and never once did he make me feel inferior. This error was completely my fault and I have learned a lesson today from someone very caring.

5 stars just isn't enough to rate this company. Mr. Rapp you have exceptional staff. From our 1st call in scheduling for service to the actual repair of our garage door issues this company was phenomenal. Our service tech was Tim. He was 1st very kind and understanding in what we needed and what we could afford at this time. He explained everything throughly about his findings and when we chose the service we wanted he got right to work. He did an excellent job.

I was comparing companies and narrowed my choice down to two. Ultimately, I went with Precision. Precision's website is easy to navigate and they offer a chat now option. I chatted with Jason online and within 30 minutes of scheduling my appointment online through the chat with Jason my tech arrived. Christian was great and thorough. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Christian explained all repairs in detail. Christian also didn't try to over sell or push me into any items or services I didn't need. Within an hour my garage door is running better than ever! Had a garage door mishap on a Saturday afternoon where the spring coil came off the spool. Jeremy Rossi arrived within a two hours of our call and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He said that wornout springs were the root cause so had them replaced. Outstanding service!
